Each time I give this place another try, I find myself thinking - why did I even bother. The quality is always disappointing and it's never as good as Jimmy Johns, Firehouse, Jersey Mike's, Panera etc.

this place is getting worse as the day goes on! you have to force them to put proper amount of condiments on the sandwich! it looks nothing like what they advertise. the prices are going up and quality is going down. it is ridiculous to get a footlong sandwich with this price to see 2 leaves of spinach, one slice of tomato,...that barely taste of anything. the staff is acting like they do a favor to customers. Very disappointing. will never purchase from this place again

Son racially profiled. While having sandwich made he was unaware he dropped his credit card outside the door. A gentleman in a hurry runs in store to advise someone dropped their card hands it the the cashier. My son sees the card and advise to cashier that's my card. The cashier than hands him the card and the other worker proceeds to make his sandwich. When my son goes to pay for the sandwich the cashier ask for his ID. My son said this is my card I just dropped it. Than the cashier states well I may have to call the police. I have lived in Great Falls over 30 years less than 2 miles away. My son just turned 18 and was alone a Black young man and you want to call the police on him about a Credit Card that is his. Racially Profiling at it's best. The store owner is Hispanic how ironic is that!

I received coupon in the mail yesterday. Mailed to my Great Falls, VA address. The Coupon was valid in DC Locations only (fine minute print written in the bottom). Coupon was not accepted. Some Einstein in SUBWAY MADE A MISTAKE AND MAILED COUPONS VALID IN DC TO VA. FUNNY. The store was not that clean. 1 Person handling everything. 5 people in line. I understand that there is a employee shortage but as a courtsey the least person could have done is honored the coupon. SUBWAY MISTAKE. I was a great fan of Subway but NOT ANYMORE.
Worst subway I think I've ever been to. Not only were they super stingy on the meat but they were also super stingy on the condiments as well. I would never ever stop at the subway again and I'm a Subway fan. When they rolled up my sub it was only in the subway rapper not the other rapper to prevent leaking fluids. In diameter my sub was maybe 2 inches like not joking at all
