The food is okay. However, and this is a big however, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The waitresses were rude, yelling at the customers, and other workers there. I had my menu yanked from my hand and she refused to hear what I had to order. Unbelievable. If you're thinking about trying Izumi, I'd recommend just doordashing because the service is horrendous.

So today my coworker took me here. The establishment smelled foul, like something was rotten. They put both of our sushi in one container and only gave us one set of chopsticks. The lady that took our order was extremely rude. My spicy tuna roll was was temperature hot.... Definitely will not go back

TWent to this restaurant today (June 15, 2022) and the slightly taller waitress there was incredibly rude to me. She practically threw my orders onto my table with a scowl and seemed enraged when I asked for extra water. The miso soup she served was cold. I was so rattled by her animosity that I left a low tip. The waitress then followed me outside and told me never to return to the restaurant. This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had as a diner anywhere. After I got home, my stomach felt terrible and it was the low quality-cheap fish that they use which I blame for my indigestion. Eat here at your own peril! Expect to be treated worse than a street urchin and get food-poisoning to boot. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Avoid like this place like the plague. It is truly unforgettably awful.

Horrible service!! Our waitress was the worst I have ever seen!! First time in my life where I can get a hard time for ordering more food??? Are you kidding me!! This waitress yells at the customer and doesn't even care for the service. The owner really needs to look into the staff or else I would not be surprise to see customers leaving and NEVER wanting to come back and more 1 star bad reviews on yelp. Very disappointing and awful service!

Stop doubling your prices for Uber eats delivery. It's already enough to pay the delivery fee/ tip. A dynamic roll is usually 12 dollars but on Uber eats it charged 18 dollars. That is absurd. Also you're charging 15 dollars for fried rice without any proteins? Highway robbery.

We popped in for a quick lunch after our trip to Great Falls and i couldn't imagine a more perfect place! Our server was so kind and fast and the food was delicious. We don't live too far from the area so when we come back, we'll definitely be stopping here!

We asked about sashimi dinner. We kept asking and she Said I don't know what s In it. She said she is not also asking the chef bc the chef decides what to put in your plate. Seriously We just walked out. Worse customer service ever

Wide selection of sushi, noodle, stir-fry dishes with good vegetarian options, some dishes are a bit better than others. My UberEats delivery sushi spot! The crispy Sweet Potato with eel sauce hit the spot! So good that I didn't even need to request for spicy mayo. The Garden Veggie Maki roll was okay. While it was packed with veggies - cucumber, avocado, asparagus, lettuce, mango - the roll was quite bland. Would be nice for the roll to be topped with a drizzle of soy sauce or spicy mayo or at least an option for an upcharge. The Seaweed Salad with Ponzu dressing was fine, it has a bit too much sauce and quite pricey at $8 on UberEats. The Tofu Teriyaki was okay with chunks of crispy tofu, broccoli, carrots, snap peas - the Teriyaki sauce was very thick and served on the side. Would be nice if the veggies were cooked in the sauce. The sushi rolls are on the smaller side with only 1 piece in the Tuna Maguro roll. Good sushi, lots of options and great for groups and picky-eaters!

Felt like they changed the owner. We used to go this place every week pre covid. Sushi are still okay but very disappointed of the chicken fried rice and chicken yakisoba. Totally didn't taste the same as before and very blend. Also no dine-in.

We've driven past this place a million times, and not sure why we never ate or ordered from Izumi Sushi. I guess we thought we'd order Chinese from a Chinese restaurant, not a Japanese-Chinese place. We decided to order from here today and it wasn't bad at all. We ordered the Spicy Girl Roll, Hot and Sour Soup, Singapore Noodles, Triple Delight and Shredded Spicy Crispy Beef. Everything tasted fresh, clean and descent. It is Great Falls, so a bit on the pricier side but they were quick, clean and this place is convenient. We will definitely be ordering from here again!

Simply awful. Disgusting and a waste of money. Cooked dish (yaki soba) was tasteless. Sashimi was inedible. Paid extra for fatty tuna. Had to throw it out. Sushi rolls had little seafood and were tasteless. You can get better sushi at any grocery store. It's been a year since we tired Izumi. Never again. Suggest you look elsewhere.

Quality is mostly good however we have had problems with incorrect carry out orders and consistently unfriendly staff. Management needs to address indifferent and rude employees.

Izumi has been known locally for excellent sushi, Bento boxes and other Japanaese food. It now has the best Chinese food in Great Falls as well, having absorbed Wid Ginger. The only problem is that the dinning room is not great for sit down meals during COVID restrictions, so they are only doing carryout (no delivery). I highly recommend making the effort, since the food is still excellent.
