Beautiful homey feel. The food is really well made, spices are just right. Their homemade hot sauce is made fresh from the garden- the cardamom ice cream was a sweet top off to a great meal. Their lamb dishes are excellent.
A friend introduced me to this restaurant this evening. She is a regular, so this may have had a favorable effect on our dining experience; however, the food was excellent and reasonably priced, and the ambience was very pleasant. The restaurant was about half full, and the noise level was still quite acceptable. The owner/waiter was very pleasant. Genuinely some of the best Afghan food my family and I have had! Beautiful restaurant and decor. Definitely recommend ordering the Zamarod Palow and the Aushak - honestly everything was delicious.
