Ordered 3 chili dogs and recieved 3 buns alittle chili and no hot dogs. I called and let them know but they said that is a chili dog. Everything else was great.

Simply All American burgers and Dogs, etc. I enjoy it. Original Owners gone and current crop need to catch up. Call in for food offers no advantage. Those coming up and ordering after I called in 10 minutes earlier were getting food faster. Also checkout clerk rude and a bit abrupt. Not appreciative.

We’ve been to Jack’s multiple times and normally it’s always good, no complaints. But today, was totally different. We got our food $42.50 worth, and parked down towards the end of the parking lot & we ate in my truck. My daughter decided she didn’t want her 2 hot dog buns, so I tossed them out for the birds or stray animals. My son took our trash to the trash cans and we were getting ready to leave when this woman in a hot pink Jack’s T-shirt approached my truck with a hateful look on her face, holding the 2 hot dog buns in her hands, and sharply asked me, “DID YOU THROW THESE OUT?” I said replied, yes. She quickly and rudely asked me, “WHY?” I said for the birds or stray animals. She said, “THIS IS TRASH!” I replied, it’s just bread, the birds or strays will eat it. She snapped, “I DON’T WANT ANIMALS IN MY PARKING LOT!” I said, ok but you could have been polite and not so rude about it. As we were driving off she started yelling at us. Mind you I had my 4 young children with me as this woman was putting on a show yelling at us. I will NOT return to Jack’s ever again. I’ll take my money, and my family elsewhere.
