We visited here for dinner as it was across the street from our hotel. The wait time wasn’t long. I ordered the chicken Marsala which wasn’t very appetizing but I ate it so it wouldn’t go to waste. It wasn’t terrible but I was expecting for the mushrooms and pasta to be smothered in the Marsala sauce. Once you added salt and pepper it was much better. Had high hopes for Mama Rosa’s since all the lake locals rave about it, made the drive to pickup some dinner, Chicken Alfredo was so bland, and the garlic cheese bread…. was just cheese on a sub roll? I was very confused about that. The only good thing was the ranch & the Cobb salad & that’s the only reason I gave MR atleast 3 stars!
