Ordered at 10:13 Am and my order was cancelled because of a day part change. The manager said he didn’t see it come through, YET; I was given an order number and my money was taken. They obviously stopped taking breakfast orders early. I will patiently await my refund and the lady I talked to in customer care (corporate) was excellent. As I thought, breakfast runs until 10:29 Am.

But the best thing of all is the staff. So friendly, kind and nice to everyone. Whoever was working December 22nd, 2025 at 2:00 PM are fantastic people.

Attentive staff, nice new-looking building - we stopped on our way by on a long trip - hit the restroom, then just got a soda and a smoothie. Both were fine but the standout was the customer service and nice building!
I went to Gretna Va McDonalds this afternoon and the girl that took my order was so rude and had an attitude. I pulled around to pay another young lady automatically said Im not the girl that took your order. I asked ohh so you had a lot of complaints on the one thats been taking the orders? She said yes a lot of people so I pulled around to get my food and this girl with glasses blonde hair was the one who took my order and instantly had a attitude and kept saying I didnt order what I DID order and she kept arguing so I asked to speak with the manager. The manager came up and I told her I didnt know what the girl problem was she had a attitude the whole time while taking my order and even arguing with me at the window all the manager said was shes sorry.. while the girl was standing right beside her smiling and STILL arguing with me that manager didnt do ANYTHING as we were arguing back and forth after a while the manager FINALLY pulled the girl away and told the other girl to shut the window nothing was said or anything!! Very very very unprofessional from the employee AND the manager itself!!!! I do not appreciate how I was treated and how I was talked to!!!!!!!
