Always see someone cleaning up the restaurant each visit, I have never had an order wrong at this location that I can recall. If each McDonald's could keep the standard it would be great

Just a heads up and I'm sure it's happened to other people also. If you go thru the drive thru and order fries this McDonald's will short you on them. You pay for a large and get enough to fill a medium container. Went inside to make it known. Received a less than courtius response. No apologies. Staff at the time didn't seem apologetic at all. Manager handed me a bag and walked off. Please feel free to comment and and to this rating.

When I got there, I pulled right up to the speaker. Glad. It took close to 10 minutes for them to ask for my code. Gave code, she said okay. So I went on with my order. 2 double cheeseburgers, Large fry and drink and a 20 PC nugget. Asked for ranch and hot mustard, she rudely said I had to pay for the extra sauce. I said that's fine. However, I have never been charged extra for 2 different sauces for a 20 PC in all my years, but whatever. Was told to go to the 2nd window, again rudely. The young lady was super sweet, definitely not the same girl. Was asked to pull up. Was hoping something was going to be fresh. Waited and waited and waited. Rude girl brought my food out, shoved it towards me, as soon as I took it, she turned around and went back inside. No thank you, have a good night or anything. I drove the 7 minutes straight home. Got home, nothing was hot. Luke warm at best, My husband's burgers were swimming in Ketchup, couldn't taste the mustard, had to try to swipe some of the ketchup off and add mustard, by this time the buns were a soggy mess. Completely unacceptable. The only bright spot in the whole transaction was the sweet young lady at the window taking the money and it was a beautiful evening. So thank you to her.

I usually don’t review places but this McDonalds was so good I feel the need to review it. They said my name properly on the first try which never happens. I had the best McChicken ever. My husband had the best quarter pounder. Overall this McDonalds is awesome. Staff seemed cheerful and were very nice!
Got my food and had to wait a additional 15 minutes for my cup to get a drink my food was cold by the time I got a drink so I could eat.

Went through the drive thru for a quick breakfast. Ordered a gravy add tomato and a steak egg and cheese biscuit combo. When we got it, the hash brown was thrown in the bag, nowhere near the sleeve it goes in. The biscuit was unwrapped and had completely come a part in the bag, the gravy had one HUGE hunk of tomato in it. That was just the appearance. When we decided to eat in anyway (because we were in a hurry, and they weren't answering when we called the store MULTIPLE TIMES) the gravy and hash brown were cold and the biscuit didn't have the onions and sauce that comes on it and the steak had way too much seasoning salt. All in all, we were very disappointed, attempted to contact the store several times and they wouldn't answer the phone. Total waste of money.
