Oh my God!!! It's The POD!!! I had reached the HANGRY stage of our journey. Having passed a couple of restaurants that would have met my expectations, I began screaming at the poor husband to find someplace to get some grub!?@! He comes up with this place. I cannot tell you what a blessing it was to land in their parking lot and find delectable homemade dishes. I'm a bad foodie. And it was SO delicious. May you be lucky enough to dine here.

I’d had The Pod on my list for quite some time, so I was excited to finally stop in while traveling. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations.
The atmosphere is nice and the space is generous, but the service felt disconnected. No one greeted us when we walked in, and we stood at the register for a while before anyone acknowledged us.
The real issue was the food quality versus the price point. I ordered the chicken gnocchi soup for $8.50, which was clearly from a can and came in a small portion, maybe 8 ounces. My sister’s chicken salad sandwich was bland and, worse, had a hair in it. For what they’re charging, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. I wanted to like this place, but they need to step up their game if they want to match their pricing with the experience.

The Pod is one of my favorite places to eat. Their food is always good and I’m always greeted with a smile. This is a great place to go for breakfast or lunch! I would recommend The Pod to anyone. It is very clean and even during their rush hours the food is still brought out in a reasonable time!

We were only in town for the day and searching the area for a restaurant and this restaurant had great reviews. And looking at the pictures, all of the food looked delicious and the restaurant looked very inviting. We were not disappointed! The food WAS delicious! The lattes were great and the service was outstanding. Would recommend.

I live in Danville and visited the first time today. The French toast was excellent. Been looking for years for good French toast and now I found it. Wish you would open in Danville also.
First time visit today. Great food, great atmosphere and great service!!! Our group had the turkey club, the chicken Caesar salad, and an omelet. All were excellent! We also indulged in a latte and cinnamon roll. Again all were excellent!!! Don't second guess the cinnamon roll... let them heat it, and then just eat it!!! I've seen this place many times but never been there. I'll definitely make the extra drive to go back. Thanks ladies for the awesome service today!

Came to try out their latte and did not like it. Pouring the coffee inside the plastic cup was questionable. And the syrup was also in the cup so it was quick and easy to make which isn’t really worth almost 8 dollars. Pour the ice into the coffee thus watering it down. Toped it off with milk and swirled it and called it a day. I don’t recommend their coffee but their food and atmosphere looks really good. Service was just fine.

I typically do not review restaurants until I've eaten there at least three times. For me anyone can have a bad day so I hate to rate someplace poorly on just one visit. But also I like to rate restaurants on consistency. The pod has been nothing but consistent in the best way over the years that we visited. The atmosphere is always awesome. The food is always served fresh, uniquely good and seems like a very good value for the price. Imagine if Starbucks was local, fresher and better. That is the Pod.
I highly recommend trying it, even if you are not a coffee drinker. While I hear that the coffee is excellent, the food and environment are worth a stop every time we are in the area regardless.
