Worst subway ever, 2 different times, order 3 sandwiches and all is wrong. Trash, plain trash. Either train them or let em go, I know it's only sandwiches but hell for the cost of them, they ought to be right, pathetic.

I was at Grottoes subway at 7:00 pm Friday night on October 4th. The young girl that waited on me was excellent. My complaint is the other employee on duty went home. Leaving only one young girl there. She was trying to do online orders and walk ins. She was handling the job, but should not have been expected to work alone on a Friday night. Not safe..

We eat here probably once a week. On August 14 at about 715pm we went in for subs. Employee named Almonzo was not nice at all and the girl working was not much better. Almonzo needs some intensive customer relations training. I will be happy to give details if management responses to this post.

Haven’t been eating out anywhere but here because of the healthier options, but it’s not worth it. When you order online and the timer says 30 minutes and your food is done in 10, How is it cold? when I ask for it double toasted?. If you wouldn’t eat it don’t serve it!. Starting to become a waste of money trusting anyone but yourself to make food, and I literally work at Dairy Queen.

Ordered the new chicken salad wrap.Terrible.Dry.Crappy wilted veggies.Completely awful. I politely asked for a substitute.No..we cant do that.Said they called Mgr..I doubt it. Kids very rude. Get your store and employees to be kind,mindful..and keep the food fresh. Doubt if I return..and we get subs every week. Your loss.Jersey Mikes here we come.

Waited 15 minutes to be helped when there was the manager and another boy working not doing anything on their phones one boy started making my sub while the manager was counting bread and told him to answer the phone he proceeded to stop making my sub to answer the phone when the manager was doing nothing was on the phone for 10 mins then comes back and says give me a minute I have to make another sub while my sub is sitting there halfway made and at that point I’ve been in there 30 minutes… all while the manager wasn’t doing anything but on his phone right there didn’t say a word so I walked out and went to Wood Fired Oven waisted 30 minutes this subway sucks

Just left Subway in Grottoes. In the middle of the girl making my order, she stopped and started cheesing bread that needed to bake. Apparently this was more important than my 4 sub order. Manager was useless also. Instead of MAKING my subs, she backed the employee saying the bread would time out if she didn't cheese it up n bake it. So I walked out. Out of 2 employees, neither one could make my subs??? #jerseymikesisbest.
