The girl who was working at 1:49pm bigger girl heavy set on October 22, 2025 is very short tempered and rude tryed to argue with my mother over everything she does not need to be in customer service if that is the attitude she has towards customers she needs to be let go so she can get a job away from customers

I got the chicken bacon ranch and it gave me food poisoning

Worst subway ever, 2 different times, order 3 sandwiches and all is wrong. Trash, plain trash. Either train them or let em go, I know it's only sandwiches but hell for the cost of them, they ought to be right, pathetic.

I was at Grottoes subway at 7:00 pm Friday night on October 4th. The young girl that waited on me was excellent. My complaint is the other employee on duty went home. Leaving only one young girl there. She was trying to do online orders and walk ins. She was handling the job, but should not have been expected to work alone on a Friday night. Not safe..

We eat here probably once a week. On August 14 at about 715pm we went in for subs. Employee named Almonzo was not nice at all and the girl working was not much better. Almonzo needs some intensive customer relations training. I will be happy to give details if management responses to this post.

Haven’t been eating out anywhere but here because of the healthier options, but it’s not worth it. When you order online and the timer says 30 minutes and your food is done in 10, How is it cold? when I ask for it double toasted?. If you wouldn’t eat it don’t serve it!. Starting to become a waste of money trusting anyone but yourself to make food, and I literally work at Dairy Queen.
