Went to dine in on a weekday, not busy but horrible customer service, manager was very rude, the food was bland, the manager ruined the whole experience. Horrible waiter!! Felt like we were invisible! They need new waiters or waiter needs to fix her attitude!!!

Food is great, literally the only reason is a personal 4, is because something changed in taste, some of the pizzas my fiancee and I got years ago had a different taste than they do now. Not in a bad way, but it's just not the same! Great local place for anyone passing by, out of all pizza joints around, this is still the spot

I used to go to Woodfire grill a lot ,especially last Christmas. The place has gone downhill. The table was dirty the salt and pepper shakers are all sticky. My husband sent his shrimp scampi back after one bite. It had no flavor ,and the noodles were undercooked. I was charged $8 for the salad that comes with his meal. I ordered the Mediterranean pizza which used to be really good. When they brought the pizza, the calamari olives were whole and not cut up, the feta cheese was not melted, and the tomato slices were just thrown on their whole. I don't believe I'm going to be going back there even though it's very convenient for me to go there to eat and I was very disappointed. The manager did not even seem concerned and like I said made me pay for my husband's salad that came with the meal and he sent the shrimp scampi back and went home hungry.

Heather Chitthum , we are sorry you left in-content that evening…..my daughter was asking the questions she did to make sure your order was correct, would you have rather her get your order wrong and then you write a review and complain about it as well? Our menu changed in February not all servers have learned the menu 100% yet so excuse my daughter for asking your 8 year old daughter what her order is.My daughter was told to not make head gestures when she talks its a reaction she has not that she is trying to be rude.Now I have served you many times and give the best service that I can that night you were very rude to me and your husband did apologize for that and I apologized for the server as well.I don’t only speak for my daughter but every server here the menus are new and things are a little different if they ask questions it is to ensure orders are taken properly!

Young girl who is a waitress there has been unfriendly and difficult every time we go. Everyone has a bad day I understand which is the reason I gave her chances to redeem herself. Her mother who also works there was short one time but has since given good quality service. My 8 year old ordered butter noodles last night and the young girl said what to which my daughter repeated herself and she said we don’t have butter noodles we have garlic butter noodles….really?! She shook her head at my daughter as she reluctantly wrote it down. She questions everything you say if you don’t word for word order it as the menu says. My 4 year old gets a hamburger and asks for French fries instead of chips and she says we don’t substitute. Come in and order from her mom and it’s no problem. I finally asked her last night why she chooses to be short and rude to us. She looks at me and says am I? Her mother came out and apologized for the service but I highly doubt her daughter will be held accountable or change the way she does customer service.

Really good food, and the waitresses are nice and helpful. I got the fettuccine Alfredo and I have to say it was even better than olive garden’s it was delicious even when I brought it back home. The roll was delicious too and soft. Definitely recommend this restaurant

One of the best pizzas wife and I have ever had by far. Didn’t skimp on toppings, we had a large pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms, crust was perfect and had a crispy bottom. Not too thick not too thin. The cheese fries are delicious too.
