My buddies and I almost always stop for Bellacino's when we're in Grundy! Everything on the menu is amazing! Donna and the crew are always really welcoming, and send us on our 3.5 hour trip home with full stomachs and plenty of leftovers!
The lady that took care of us was awesome. I think her name might have been Donna. Definitely a credit to her profession. The food was good and what we expected. Whoever prepped my grinder didn't get it right (a couple things wre omitted) but once brought to their attention, the issue was resolved very easily and quickly. First time visiting the Grundy location and so very glad we did!
The food was delicious, but there was lots of food on the floor and other tables. That keeps it from being 5 stars. It just makes the restaurant look dirty. I enjoyed seeing the local sports heroes and the helmets from the surrounding schools. There was plenty of seating, but many tables still had dirty dishes. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We got the Chicago steak pizza and I highly recommend getting a few packets of A1 and drizzling a bit on your slice. It cuts the richness...
