Not a real Chinese as found in the Northeast. All Chinese here in Grundy and Pikeville buffet! Pikeville, the better of the two, both downtown and in the Mall.

If you've eaten at the Pikeville, KY Peking, please note that this place is nothing like that location. I firmly believe that Pikeville Peking is one of the top Chinese buffets that I have tried. I was unhappy with the lomein noodles here as they had a strange taste and also the red sauce. The coconut shrimp was great!

The food was decently fresh and the service was great however they offer too many non-Chinese items in my belief. Their strong point for me would definitely be the salad bar and dessert bar. The price was really reasonable. All in all, a pleasant experience.

Food is great. Service is not too good. Had to fill our parties drink glasses ourselves several times as the server walked buy and ignored us. I love the food, but probably won't return for a while.
