Made the order online. They called and said they were out of one sub, that’s fine. I chose another. I ordered four subs. My sub was chicken bacon ranch.. my chicken was old and rubbery, they didn’t give me bacon and the bread was mush. Disappointing. Hire better sand which makers, ones that can pay attention to detail . Or have the managers be more thorough in training. Or get another manager

I made an online order and showed up to get it only to find out that they closed at 6 PM 3 hours earlier than listed and they refused to refund my order, the older, black haired lady there was very rude. Horrible customer service.

I called the Vansant, Va store to order a sub tray. They put me on hold for 30 minutes. My mistake for holding on that long. The line is still busy after 1hour.
Great costumer service!
Only issue is that they NEVER have Italian Herb and Cheese bread!
