My review will be comparing this Taco Bell Grundy location compared to the ones I’m use to in Richmond Va. The quality of the food and the service at this location, is much better than what I’m use to. So if you’re a Taco Bell fan, this location will be worth your stop

Extremely rude manger who will gas light you and say they gave you your full order and tell you not to come to Taco Bell if you don’t like not getting what you paid for. Normal works are great. It’s some nasty mean old lady who is in charge tho and I feel for everyone who has to work with that person.
I need to check every order. Lately I haven't been finding mistakes, until my last order. I ordered a crunchy taco & added chicken,& extra cheese they swapped the beef with chicken so I was missing the beef. The cashier basically argued with me until she pulled up my order. There are a few people there that aren't fully reading the orders. I also tried explaining how it's not worth swapping the meats since the price only adds the new meat while removing the original meat & keeping the original price + adding the price of swapped meat on top of the price. As though you added another item, not swapping. I got an argument from the cashier again, smh. I guess it was just a bad day... Friday the 13th... lol

Probably the best quality I've had at a Taco Bell in a long time
The entire experience tonight was atrocious. All of the food was cold including: 2 orders of nacho fries, one cantina quesadilla, and three tacos. I ate two bites, gaged, and called it quits. I am a diabetic and this food was supposed to be my evening meal. The food was not worth bringing home.
I love the cheesy bean and rice burrito, you can't beat it for the price. However the last time I went two workers were arguing, right up front. It felt very awkward.
