Ordered one biscuit through the app well in advanced to picking up, I get to this location and was pulled to wait, okay fine. The employee then comes out and proceeded to hand me the wrong order. I kindly said mam this is not mine. Had to wait an additional 30 mins because my order was never made. The store was not busy at the time, nor does it take 30 mins to fix a biscuit and put it in a bag. No apology, offer to refund, nothing. Just a have a good day.

9/25/2025 people at the window are very rude.... very slow with service.....when I did get my food there was a hair in it...I went in to get a different one and the cooks in the back were talking about how they was not making this and not making that when its 11 o'clock in the day they serve breakfast till 12 they were very rude cussing in the back and everything very dissatisfied

Disgusting service, tried to give me a bag of food someone else brought back in the store after they had opened the food and went threw the bag, then the cashier lied about it which I seen the whole thing. ZERO STARS I would never go back to that place!!!

Came in and ordered a couple of double meals. When the food came out, they were singles. The staff went back and made us fresh doubles and apologized for the mistake. The burgers were great, good atmosphere, dining room pretty clean.

The old white lady is always so rude in the Halifax hardees
I am a doordasher and I rarely come here, but I've probably been here 5 times in the past 3 months, and every time it has been horrific. Today, I waited 32 minutes for my customer's order to be completed even though the store was not that busy. Instead, I had to listen to the employees, complain about the general manager, deciding to leave early. And how she abandoned them an hour previous, and it was really unprofessional for them to do this with customers. Like I said every time I have came to this store. It has been nothing but problems with extremely long wait times and it seems as though nobody takes their job serious.

Just paid $27 for 2 sandwiches , rancid fries and hot flat drinks and waited 15 minutes in drive thru to get it . Every time I give them another chance they never fail to disappoint , unbelievable that they can find so many unqualified an uninspired employees in one franchise location . The hot oil vats are not being changed and are rancid , they either dont care or are not being allowed to change them. Rancid grease is disgusting and they had no ice , A poorly run operation in every way

She needs to be fired, she talks to anybody any kind of way, very rude never go there's always problems there. Don't go there period customer complains needs to be dealt with. Poor in everything
