I am a doordasher and I rarely come here, but I've probably been here 5 times in the past 3 months, and every time it has been horrific. Today, I waited 32 minutes for my customer's order to be completed even though the store was not that busy. Instead, I had to listen to the employees, complain about the general manager, deciding to leave early. And how she abandoned them an hour previous, and it was really unprofessional for them to do this with customers. Like I said every time I have came to this store. It has been nothing but problems with extremely long wait times and it seems as though nobody takes their job serious.

Just paid $27 for 2 sandwiches , rancid fries and hot flat drinks and waited 15 minutes in drive thru to get it . Every time I give them another chance they never fail to disappoint , unbelievable that they can find so many unqualified an uninspired employees in one franchise location . The hot oil vats are not being changed and are rancid , they either dont care or are not being allowed to change them. Rancid grease is disgusting and they had no ice , A poorly run operation in every way

needs better management & this pregnant lady works in Hardee's in Halifax gets people fired tell lies on people poor manager dirty bathrooms I'm need the head management to contact me. She needs to be fired, she talks to anybody any kind of way, very rude never go there's always problems there. Don't go there period customer complains needs to be dealt with. Poor in everything

This establishment is very slow, not enough help obviously. Today got cold fries with the bag deal after being in line 15 minutes, last week ordered the same thing, but instead of putting my fries in the bag I find hashbrowns instead, & I didn't ask for any substitutions. Went by for breakfast not to long ago & ordered a sausage biscuit, get to work an I have an omelet biscuit.

Dont. Just dont. Went there two days ago back to back was great whoever that manager was was awesome. But this AM heck no. Waiting 15 to 20 for one bisquit. No ones even in there customer wise. Manager and employees bickering at eachother. I couldnt even ask for a reciept/money back as never got one. So pretended to take a phone call and just walked out. 5.60$ wasted. Emailed corporate for a refund but highly doubt ill get one. Never ever going to a hardees again. Just go else where. Just dont dont ever ever go to this one.

When you go thru drive thru for a simple biscuit order only and you're the only one in drive thru; then they ask you to pull up and wait. I said no way there's no one even behind me. How long can it it take for 1 biscuit as its all premade anyway? And then seconds later, hand you your bag, and the order is wrong. ?? talk about screw-up. Poor service!!!

Garbage
I can't really tell you how the food tasted. After waiting 25 minutes I just asked for my money back. I have NEVER in my life been in any establishment where you heard managers and staff yelling and arguing. I spent 20 years in restruants and it was obvious the employees had no respect for the breakfast manager and she had no management skills. I was trained if you need to 'speak' to an employee you do it in private, not in front of customers. If the owner could find good help he should fire the lot them.
