If I could give the food and service a 0 I would. They completely forgot to put in my appetizer order and we never saw the waiter until the food was already out. I got the Carne asada y chorizo and the meat was chewy as could be. I mean I wasn't expecting 5 star Carne asada but still it wasn't anywhere close to good. The server was nice but nowhere to be found most of the time. Needless to say we will not be back. Save your money!!!!

Cancún is very organized with festive decor. The customer service is great but sometimes the servers don't comprehend the complete order. The food is excellent and authentic. They provide chips and salsa as a free appetizer- which I think is great. The portions and price are reasonable. Great place for a family meal. There's also a patio during warmer weather for those who love the outdoors. Great food!!
Amazing service, great and super fast and friendly employees, incredible food. Your drink will not get below half full even with a line out of the door.

I was really impressed with the service and quality of the food at Cancun. Tonight I had the pollo a la parilla which was absolutely delicious. We'll have to make this a weekly stop.

Fantastic customer service and the food was delicious. Clean with nice restrooms. Plenty of seating inside and plenty of parking. Recommend the cheese sauce enchiladas and the margaritas are fantastic. Great prices. 4 of us ate for around $80 which is really great! Definitely recommend stopping

They have remodeled and it looks even nicer than before! Food was delicious! I spend most of the year in South Carolina but they do not know how to make good flavorful Mexican food so glad this restaurant survived COVID and continues to thrive!! They have a new dessert; a churro with ice cream and some other good stuff that is to die for so save room. Ate 1/2 my dinner and had it warmed up for lunch the next day!
