It was very good and the people was nice to deal with. Only problem i have is that they only have sweet tea, no unsweetened tea unless you buy a bottle tea. I like half and half tea. I wont be buy there to eat in much, but will continue to get something to take home.

Subway in west lake is about the worst subway within miles. NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY. Their competition has caused them to lose business and their food is older and less appealing than anyone else. People are not as desperate as they used to be, their competition is blowing their doors off.

As a retired restaurant owner, i can tell you that the people who work for you can either make or break your business. I stopped inside to grab a quick sub, and met two very professional (and extremely kind) employees working named Alex and Jen. I'm new to the area, and they informed and educated me about the surroundings of this location. Not only were they both professional, courteous, friendly, and had the answers to all of my questions........they greeted me with a smile, and a true greeting (not fake at all)! The food was prepared to perfection, i learned a great deal about the area, and had a few laughs as well. I truly hope Jen and Alex get the recognition and praise they deserve. I actually owned 4 different restaurants on a resort island, and i can tell you that these two would have jobs immediately. They do their jobs correctly while wearing an authentic smile, and that's how it's supposed to be! The food was great, everything was fresh, i didn't have to wait long, and these two dedicated staff members were the icing on the cake. Thanks again Alex and Jen! ???

Every time I order from this subway they either screw up my order or make me wait a long time. Tonight it was both. I ordered online as I always do. What makes me upset is that more times than not when the order is messed up it is my son's sub. He doesn't like anything but meat and bread on his sub. I specify this and remove all toppings and spreads. They ignore what I order and make it the way they want. Then my son doesn't have a sub to eat. He likes subway that's why I go. It's not my favorite place and much rather my subs be messed up if they have to mess something up but it's always his. I have been going to another one for months because they give you good service, make things the way you want and it's always ready when they say it will be. Westlake restaurants really need to do better. This is ridiculous. I have worked in the food industry so I know what should and should not be done.

Twice the lady was hateful. First time okay but second time review
There is a sign on the door now saying they close at 8pm....but if you put a mobile order in through the app, they will still make it. You just need to knock on the door.
