There couldn't be a better bagel place in town! I absolutely love this establishment and their Bagels. All the employees are very friendly and the atmosphere is top tier. I highly recommend them.

Excellent place. Lot of variety, the bagles are fresh and big. The service is amazing. Ellen was super helpful and nice. The place is super clean and generous. We tried the eveything, cinnamon, plain, sesame. Highly recommend it.

I went when they first opened at the lake and everything seemed great. Food was good, service was good, etc. My wife goes in today with my kids, and the service she received was unacceptable. Rude! No clarification on orders, didn't offer to cut the bagels in half, didn't ask if they wanted knives, eye rolled them when they asked questions... They didn't know the bag on the counter was theirs so the lady at the counter picks up the bag and shakes it like they were dogs or something... The bagels weren't warmed.
I am extremely disappointed on a number of different levels. This person's behavior seems to be in direct conflict with what the company was founded on. Additionally you just don't treat customers that way. Everyone has a bad day sometimes, but unfortunately all it takes is one time to lose customers.

I got 2 dozen bagels and 3 containers of cream cheese for an office meeting and my staff LOVED them. Every kind I ordered. We had a few leftover and we gave them to our board and they raved over the bagels and cream cheese. Can't wait to return for my own bagel.
