Walk in the door the floor so sticky wet needs attention they need someone to clean the place bad first impression walking in the door. The parking lot and sidewalk is a mess they need a pressure washer to clean it tracking up the floors inside and attracting roaches and varmints haven’t even tried the food yet hope it doesn’t have cockroaches in it

Got the two for $3 sausage biscuit, I added cheese on each biscuit and it came to $8.50, so $5.50 to add two slices of cheese. I will not be returning to this Wendy's.

This place is very inconsistent on food quality, maybe over or undercooked, hot and fresh or cold. You can always rely on very slow service, waited 20 minutes in the drive thru this morning and they were not very busy. My orders are often wrong and missing items. I like Wendy's but this one is horrible.

Ordered lunch through drive through. Fries and nuggets extremely cold and stale tasting like old grease. Requested honey mustard sauce but received ghost pepper instead. I guess they thought it would be funny or I could use that to heat up and mask the taste of the food. Last couple of meals terrible, 1st review. Will not go back. This franchise needs immediate attention.

Ordered a Biggie bag and an Asiago sandwich. The service person handed me a bag that felt awful light and wished me a good night. I guess they hoped I wouldn’t notice I was missing the sandwich? I had to ask for it at the window and then walk in the store to get it after waiting 5 mins outside like was requested. Just poor communication and customer service…..

On July 3rd, 2025, at approximately 9:00 PM, I visited this Wendy's location with a group of friends. We placed a large order, and upon consuming one of the chicken nuggets onsite on camera, I encountered a foreign, hard object. This resulted in a broken tooth, an incident witnessed by both my friends and the restaurant's employees. I am extremely disappointed by this experience and expect a prompt response from Wendy's management to discuss appropriate resolution.

Don’t eat here unless you want to eat a COCKROACH! My husband and I ordered frostys last night and halfway thru I bit into a COCKROACH! Absolutely disgusting! I returned both the frosty and cockroach to the restaurant immediately and asked that the general manager give me a call. I have yet to receive a phone call. Here is a picture of the actual COCKROACH I spit out and a description straight from google.

We went through the drive thru. We could barely hear the gentleman that took our order & we had to keep repeating ourselves (we were almost yelling at the speaker by the end of it). Once up to the window, this gentleman basically thrust his hand out of the window, without greeting us, to take our money. When receiving our order, they tried to hand us another person’s order. We asked for a receipt several times & watched as this same man throw a whole line of receipts away right after we asked. The food wasn’t hot. It was just an overall bad experience.

We got home & checked our bank account to find that we were not only charged for our order, but ANOTHER person’s order as well. Not even close to the same dollar amount. We tried calling the store several times, but each time there was no answer until we waited 10 mins & tried again. The manager or duty was very professional & honest about her knowledge of the protocol for how to deal with this type of error. We are expecting a call from them in the morning.

Stop at Wendy's today. This location was clean and the food was good. The food was served fast ( there wasn't anyone there at the time.) The fries were fresh (better than usual). I like the drink machine with all the different flavors.
