came through the drive thru and immediately was met with an attitude from the guy working the speaker. although he may have had a bad day, i was still kind. however, when we pulled to the window he didn’t come take my card for at least a few minutes then when he did he grabbed it aggressively. he asked us to pull up and we did. we sat about 10 minutes waiting on our food. he handed us the bag in a rude manner before getting angry that we had asked for another sauce and went back into get it. we said thank you and got an eye roll. checked the bag and had no dip for the sandwiches we received. we went back in and he was even more angry. the food was great, so kudos to the cooks! however, if you hate your job that much then don’t work there. i know fast food and retail are some of the worst jobs when it comes to angry customers, but being in control of those emotions is important for the kind people that come through.

I did the drive thru. I ordered our food (my wife was with me) and found out we had to wait as our order of fries was being made fresh. We ordered two beef and cheddar, medium size crinkle fries, one small order of Jalapeno bites, and an apple turnover. I had to say it three times for the turnover as the guy wasn't getting what I was saying. After we sat and waited for our order, we did not get the Jalapeno bites. I had to go back in and I had to call out to get someone's attention. As soon as the guy saw me he said that they forgot to give us the Jalapeno bites. I had to wait a little bit then got them and left. That was my experience with this Arby's.

If you go to this Arby's drive thru lane, expect to be asked to pull forward and wait! Used to enjoy FAST food. No longer. Because manager compensation here (and at many other fast food drive thrus) is dependent on how long you sit at the window. If they don't move you away from the window quickly, they make less. Seems this incentive is having the opposite effect. There were 4 of us waiting away from the window. We love the Arby's fish sandwich, but after having to wait tonight, it seems that they must be running out of both shredded lettuce and tartar sauce. The fish itself was delightful. This is the best fish sandwich in the Burg.

My order got lost in the system and I had to wait a few extra minutes. Even though I made it clear it was no issue at all they were super apologetic and even threw some extra chicken tenders in the bag to make up for it. Great staff and great location!

We went into this Arby's for dinner and upon getting to the door we saw an employee giving us an odd look. We didn't think anything of it and proceeded in. Once inside we were told "we are out of roast beef and it will take 50 minutes for more". It was 7 pm on a Friday. Not quite sure how you run out of roast beef or why it takes 50 minutes to get more but we are not pleased.

Would not recommend working here. Pay sucks and You get lied to about hours even though they claim to run stores off managers. Also huge ant problems
