I did the drive thru. I ordered our food (my wife was with me) and found out we had to wait as our order of fries was being made fresh. We ordered two beef and cheddar, medium size crinkle fries, one small order of Jalapeno bites, and an apple turnover. I had to say it three times for the turnover as the guy wasn't getting what I was saying. After we sat and waited for our order, we did not get the Jalapeno bites. If you go to this Arby's drive thru lane, expect to be asked to pull forward and wait! Used to enjoy FAST food. No longer. Because manager compensation here (and at many other fast food drive thrus) is dependent on how long you sit at the window. If they don't move you away from the window quickly, they make less.
