Can’t even get a decent pretzel from this place anymore, everything is always overdone and taste burnt, waste of money!

My 7 year old daughter was thirsty, she asked for a small cup of water and the cashier told her she had to pay for the water. We've got water from them before free. Today they decided it was ok to be rude to a 7 year old girl. Great customer service Auntie Anne's. We eat pretzels there everytime we come to the mall. Not anymore....

Great pretzels, great people. I have had a great experience every time I have ordered from here and tonight was no different. The people working here were gracious even after one of my children caused a sizeable mess on accident, even at the end of the day as the mall was winding down/the end of their shifts.

Always tasty, however the prices here have gotten a little out of control just for a pretzel. The wait times can be long as well. The lines in the mall can be long. Still tastes great I would say.

This location is always an absolute pleasure to give my money too, the staff is always so welcoming and kind and never misses a beat to be patient when I'm ordering. I've shopped here for years and I've always received my birthday treat from the app in an easy order. Thank you Harrisonburg Auntie Anne's for being there when a girl simply wants a pretzel?

Disappointed by obviously sick employee coughing into hands, under shirt collar and above/into my kid’s pretzel order. No hand washing, no mask, no gloves. Gross

The Harrisonburg’s locations boss is extremely disrespectful towards its staff and customers. He makes rude and crude comments to his employees. He won’t train you but expects a perfect performance. Since you don’t reach his expectations he won’t schedule you. If you respect the workers you won’t give them your business.

The Originial Pretzel was good, but it didn't seem very fresh. They had a lot of pretzels just sitting around under the heated case. A fresh out of the oven pretzel would have been better,...if you go I would ask for a fresh one.

Went to Auntie Anne’s for my free birthday pretzel, and they refused to give it to me because I didn’t download the app at least a month before my birthday. I went out of my way to download the app, drive across town to Auntie Anne’s, and was so excited for my free birthday treat. The manager refused to give me the free pretzel, and instead cited corporate policy to me, which was not explicitly advertised. Even with proof of it being my birthday, the app downloaded on my phone, and already purchasing other items during this event, he still refused to offer me the birthday treat. He didn’t even say happy birthday to me by the end of it, and honestly it was so disappointing. Makes me not want to come back, which is sad because I was brand loyal for so long.
