In a small city where quality food is difficult to find, Bittersweet Bakery is heavenly. They have a really nice assortment of sweets and savories and each item I've tasted is absolutely delicous!!! The 2 owners have palates that are spot on! Highly, HIGHLY recommend that you give this small bakery a try if you haven't already. Bittersweet Bakery baked the most delicious wedding cake and cupcakes for our wedding! The owner, Erica, was incredibly responsive and helpful when it came to ordering a tasting box last year and ordering, coordinating delivery, and set up of the cupcakes and cake for our wedding. We cannot recommend Bittersweet Bakery enough for any and all your wedding cake needs! Thank you to Erica and her team for making our wedding day even sweeter!!!
I ordered our daughter’s 4th birthday cake from Bittersweet Bakery and it was nothing short of amazing!! I emailed Erica an inspiration photo and told her I trusted her vision. She did NOT disappoint and honestly, blew my mind with how beautiful the cake was. I was so sad to cut it! It was beautifully decorated and tasted delicious! 10/10 recommend!
