Unfortunately Black Sheep is not what it COULD be. Currently lacks the sophistication that this location deserves.
The wrap I got was not properly heated. The staff could dress more professionally. Staff act extremely casual, carefree, which is fine, IF they would deliver quality product. Cappuccino was extremely bitter. Disappointing.
I am confident the management/owner will correct the quality at some point in time. Looking forward to it.

A friend and I stopped in here to study, and had a great experience. The White Chocolate Macadamia shaken espresso was absolutely amazing! The barista was very welcoming and helpful.

I've been here several times, but the cashier's are always rude. Ordered for in the cafe but me and my friend received to go cups with no lids while all the other customers we saw got mugs etc. Drinks are always way too milky and their matcha is poor quality.

Walked by while waiting for the husband. I wanted a tea or a beverage and saw the sign... Sadly, the place was dark and couldn't see through the windows if there was anyone there. Hours indicated they should be open, but the whole vibe was so uninviting.

Was just traveling through. Maybe we just didn't make the right coffee selection out of what they have, but the specials had little to no flavor. In one the milk overpowered the coffee flavor entirely. There was also a whole other coffee menu not shown at the front hung up on the wall near the coffee machine. But we had already ordered so couldnt choose them. Nice atmosphere though.

The barista was grumpy, and took a line of orders before even beginning to fill them so we all had to wait. Then another employee (who wasn't even working at this time) offered to help, but was declined (unless she wanted to come back and make her own). And then she made the latte for the person behind us in line (who she obvious knew as well). The coffee was not worth it. Cool atmosphere though! We visited April 4 - I'm thinking it was around 8:30am, but I'm not positive.
