Had to go inside to get my CURBSIDE order. Was given unsweet tea instead of sweet. Also, got shorted 2 whole pieces of chicken which I didn't realize until after taking the survey, but I'll definitely make sure to tell corporate when they contact me. Next time I'll just go to KFC.

Don't be discouraging by rating. For what it is, it is great. Bo-berry sausage biscuit was surprisingly good and a great flavour and texture combination. There regular biscuit is similar to other chain offerings. The peach honey hot sauce was also delightful. I wouldn't eat here daily but certainly again if the opportunity and need presented itself. A better/different choice from Chick-fil-A or Popeye's and much better than KFC. Service was great at this location. Very happy to correct a problem with the order that I didn't notice until they were prepping it.
We usually eat here about once a week. It's close to work. Always clean. The Bo Bites are delicious. Generally nothing to complain about. Not sure if they offer online ordering, will look into that today.

There new AI drive thru doesn’t work. We sat at the speaker for 5 minutes never took our order and then when we pulled up to place the order they guy told us we had to go back around because if we don’t pull up right it won’t catch our car. So I guess customer service is non existent here we waited for five cars in front of us just to be told to wait and try again. We ended up going inside but if technology fails I think your employees should be trained to take over.

The chicken is their spicy yet juicy fried, the dirty rice could have just flown in from Nawlins, and the biscuits are probably one of the top 2 you can get outside your kitchen. Can't go wrong with a proven winner. Price is reasonable, some specials available on their website. The staff there as usual just amazing. Great breakfast
