Buffalo Wild Wings

An incident occurred around 10:30 where a very drunk man, who’d been there since 5pm. Took his shirt off at the bar, which he then put back on inside out. He was talked to by Charles after this incident. I don’t know if he and the man were buddies but the drunk man acted like it. He then went to the bathroom a bit later. As he was walking into the bathroom a very nice server walked out and he yelled at her “DAMN you’re hot as hell”. After he was done, Charles spoke with him again. However this time the conversation ended with a fist bump and the man saying sorry to Charles. SERIOUSLY?! NOT TO THE SERVER HE HARASSED! The man was then allowed to go sit at the bar??? I eventually asked to speak with Charles after about 5 minutes of watching this drunk guy hop around the bar. I asked Charles if the man was leaving any time soon. He said the he was dealing with it. I asked if I could call the cops for him or a taxi. Even offered to pay for it if it meant the server wasn’t going to have to walk past him again while just doing her job. “Why do the cops need to be involved?” He asked. I said “Because he just harassed one of your servers, he is yelling and took his shirt off?” Charles asked what the man said. I repeated “DAMN you look hot” while my husband repeated a similar phrase he misquoted. Charles asked me, rudely, “well which was it?” I specified and He informed me that he had given him 20 minutes to finish the beer he had already paid for. I said I wasn’t trying to cause trouble but that was unfair. He agreed and said he was dealing with it. My 15 minute timer is counting down the seconds until he leaves. With 9 minutes left to spare Charles walks over and escorts him out quietly. At the door the man stops. He and Charles have a conversation that had a total of three handshakes. In total it was about a 20 minute interaction, but it should’ve stopped before he even got the chance to harass her. He should’ve been cut off and given water or told to leave when he was yelling and being disruptive. I was hoping by telling the manager my thoughts, it would implore him to move the situation along. As a person who has worked in customer service for a while, I understand customer experience comes first. Sometimes even to the detriment of the employees. However, as the manager on duty, his staff should be able to trust him to fight battles when they cannot. He gets paid more to do so. Disappointed with tonight‘s events. Any other place would’ve had him kicked out long before all of this. Also, one of the servers mentioned that the drunk man had previously been on a ban list.

Just too loud for me most of the time but not for a late lunch midweek

We ordered 4 different orders of wings, 2 15 counts of extra wet Asian zing, 1 15 count of boneless medium, 1 15 count of boneless mild and a large fry. When the fries came out they were chewy and came out less than a minute after we ordered them. I can tell they had been sitting in the window for a while. We gave them back to the server to get fresh ones and she came back out within 2 minutes with the same tray of fries just reheated. Both of the boneless wings were cold when they came out. One of the extra wet Asian zings didn’t come extra wet like the other one did. We talked to the manager and got new wings for the boneless ones and more sauce for the one Asian zing. But once the bull came out we were still being charged the full price of $144. No discount or anything for the mishaps that happened.

Josh was on point. The boneless wings were kinda cold. Jalapeño sauce didn't really have a Jalapeño taste. Onion rings were awesome.

It's been several years and I'm not sure I'd go back again. Server was friendly but spread thin. Wings were ok but the tots tasted as though cooked in old oil and a friend thought the same thing.

Not a great experience. Went in with small children and was seated at a high table. Rude host, aggravated server. Poor service for such a popular restaurant. Disappointed

literally waited 2 and a half hours for two things that we saw other people getting served. not only that, everytime we come out food comes out cold and we wait an hour plus. will definitely not be coming back. save your money go to island wings.

Ordered wings and a salad on Door Dash. Wings were good. Salad was WILTED AND NOT FRESH. This is the quality of salad that will make you VERY ILL if you eat it. Bad job kitchen staff.

I ordered pickup. 20 boneless and some fries. Absolutely disgusting. This chicken was at least 2 days old and reheated. Unchewable. Inedible. Absolute wow. Should be shut down.

This place is terrible. Have purchased multiple times through Uber eats while I'm at work. However, they NEVER send any plastic ware or ranch. How's anybody supposed to eat saucy wings with no plastic ware? No ranch? Horrible. They need to figure it out.
