I ordered two double Whopper combos and milkshakes through the drive through about 2 weeks ago. The milkshakes were warm and undrinkable. One Whopper has hard bread and the other was soggy. The fries badly needed salt. The next day, I called and spoke to a female about my discontent with my order. The female was sympathetic. apologized, and offered to replace my entire order.
