This Burger King has really upped their game!!! GREAT management. His name is Bryan or Ryan, I can't remember exactly. But he was super nice, very respectful. I got a vanilla milkshake and accidentally spilled the ENTIRE thing in the driver seat of my husbands car. lol. They manager said he would remake my milkshake for me and used the store card to remake it for me. THEN the maintenance guy I think it was, he does really well cleaning tables & keeping up with the restaurant!! He was outside while I was trying to clean the milkshake mess up & asked if I needed anything! He came out with towels and a bucket of hot soapy water! He even HELPED my husband clean the ice cream off the seat. 10/10 experience!!!! I will go here again and again before any other Burger King in Harrisonburg,Va

I give it 5 stars for what it is, which is a Burger King. You know what to expect going in. But service was exceptionally pleasant and positive, and no complaints about the food. It was clean and quiet inside. For a fast food stop, it's what you want.

Everytime I eat there, the staff is polite and professional. There is always 1 person who goes above and beyond for their customers that I've witnessed myself, and that's the store's General Manager. She is so nice, polite, courteous, and she runs that restaurant like she's been doing it for 100 years. Thanks for your hard work.

My dad and I came to this location yesterday 4/13 and it was the best experience we've had. Idk who it was but the bald male manger made our food, then came out to check on us and asked how the food was. It really impressed us that he cared and even took the time out to check on us. Even good customer service from the cashier. A+ for Burger King. We'll be back
