I love campus cookies! I can always rely on them when I want a late night pick me up in the form of cookies. I’ve ordered multiple times, often late at night, and have always got my order quickly with very friendly service/delivery drivers!!

Ordered 6 cookies at 8:15pm. Was texted at 9:18 that they were on their way. It’s now 10:08 and they’re still not here. First and last time ordering cookies from here. Absolutely ridiculous.
Update—they arrived at 10:20. Called the store twice for an update and never received one. Also, we were told they could neither cancel nor refund our order. Cookies were cold and mine were hard when they arrived. So, this sucked

Refused to take my order in person, instead made me use their busted website while standing right in front of them at the counter. Told me that the order would be ready in 20 min, and when I returned, said it would be 20 more min because they were talking to an RA?? 40min of waiting for 1 cookie lol

Ridiculously long wait (delayed further after we had been given an initial estimate) and the employee who ‘helped’ us was generally unhelpful and rude. Extra star because the cookie was good but not a good experience overall.

Do not order from here if you want to cookies on time. I was supposed to get the cookies at 9:30pm and they did not show up, so I called them at 10 and they said they would have the cookies out for delivery soon and sorry they just got busy. I start waiting and waiting but the cookies literally never come and they did not inform me to say they would not be delivered either. I was gonna call for a refund or something the next day but they called me and said they could deliver the cookies today since they didn’t yesterday and to pick a time. I picked 6-6:30 right when they open and they showed up an hour late! I just thought that was crazy to show up late when they were a whole day late originally. Not great service. The cookies were also just ok and nothing special

After having a terrible experience w one of Campus Cookies competitors, Mya was very helpful and professional. The first picture was the cookie (with the blue/white icing) we got from Campus Cookies. The second pic was the competitors cookie which clearly was not edible. Thank you campus cookies & Mya y’all are awesome!

I ordered balloons and a cookie cake for my son's birthday. Entire experience was great: from ordering to their delivery (they communicated in advance with my son to pick a convenient time) and I heard the cookie cake was delicious. I will use Campus Cookies again and highly recommend.

The cookies are delicious, but the service was very unprofessional. We’ve had multiple orders incorrect and the staff were unwilling/reluctant to fix it.
Staying (literally) across the street from store, told cookies would take around 15 minutes to make and that delivery would be no problem. AN HOUR LATER, still no cookies. Informed that cookies left the store 33 minutes ago (?!). Never making this mistake again.
