My chicken nuggets were overcooked and the fries were warm. It was more coating than chicken. I will never buy their chicken nuggets again. I know people love Chick-fil-A, but I will go elsewhere for my chicken where they actually put chicken in their nuggets. On a more positive note, the service was/is excellent, the lines move quickly, and their peach milkshakes are delicious.

Ya can't put it in your strips box. It leaks! (Found that our the hard way 🤣). That's the only complaint. Period. Otherwise, what's not to love? Thank you people!

We had a catering order for 40 people. There was a slight hiccup on the timing of the pickup. To my pleasure, the team there turned the whole order around in about 20 mins with a smile on their faces. Just a testament to the level of customer service Chick-fil-A provides consistently across the country.
