The soup was cold. The chicken crispers...were very dry.and.small. Service was fast. I've ordered the same thing at other chilli's and got better. I just happened to be in town.

Waited forever for food, obvious sandwiches had been sitting for a while, buns were hard as a rock. One of the burgers covered only half the bun, showed the server and her response was, “honey, I don’t cook them.” Terrible experience, won’t be returning.
I have never understood places/ bars that are stingy with their alcohol portions like it’s coming out of their pockets or something. I ordered a Long Island (which is $9 here), as I do anywhere because I know one of those is all you need. After I ordered it, waitress must have forgot and I had to let another server know that I ordered a drink and never got it. Once I finally got it about 20 mins after ordering, the drink literally had to have 0 alcohol in it, it tasted like lemon juice with a splash of cola. I would have been better off with a beer. Food was subpar as well, my lady’s food was served with toppings she made very clear she did not want in her food. Needless to say I will never go back to this establishment.

I dine here frequently, and it's usually a very good experience. Tonight was awful. Upon arriving, we were told a 10 minute wait. 10 minutes later, we were told it would be a bit longer (20-30 minutes). No problem. After that, the employee at the host stand disappeared. Several parties came in and filled up the foyer. No one at the host stand for 20+ minutes. Zero customer service! Dozens of people, but no one available to add them to the wait-list. Chaos! And several parties walked out. Finally seated after a 43 minute wait. Food was cold. My boyfriend's steak was dry and tasteless. Worst Chili's dining experience ever.
