So we was at Applebees first we waiting for like 7 minutes without being seated so we walk over to Chili’s and I’m so glad we did we got seated fast we got our drinks fast everything was perfect and the server Emily made that happen I forgot how good Chili’s is definitely will be back again

I had a great experience at Chili’s. The food was good, the prices (three for me deal!) were great, and the staff was exceptional. Our waitress Pam and the floor manager Mario both made our Chili’s experience a true 10/10. We will be coming back!

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because our server was awesome! As far as the food I asked for my burger well done and fries with no seasoning to which the server put in the order exactly as such. Proceeded to get our food and I had seasoning on my fries and my burger had pink in it and my husbands was almost completely raw in the middle. The server was awesome about it but the manager Eric was completely different. He was rude and disrespectful. When he came to the table he rudely said that well done was not how they cook the burger there to which myself and the server said that I had ordered it well done. Eric then got mad that I asked for it to be removed off of my bill.

Really solid spot. I sat at the bar (though I don’t drink) to skip the line and the service was so professional and polite, my food was brought out so fast and it was great value! A little bright in there or something just felt a smidge on the “chain-y” side but maybe that’s intentional. It is a chain after all.

My husband and I decided to go to Chili’s takeout tonight for dinner and got the dipper trio and the fajitas for 2 and we had to throw the steak away because it was gray I have never seen grey steak ever before then the sliders tasted horrible I’m giving it 1 star because the chips with watery salsa and wings were decent
