There were like 3 people there and it’s still stupid slow I also couldn’t order what I wanted because they don’t put people who speak English on the line 👍🏽

It’s horrible customer service and there are always issues in store. Always disappointed at this Harrisonburg Chipotle branch.

Every time I've been to this particular location the good has been great and haven't had any complaints.

Hands down the worst Chipotle I've ever been to... The service is horrible and they are always out of something.

I would give a zero if I could. Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. After waiting 30 minutes with ONE person in front of me, I ordered a kid’s apple juice for my daughter’s tacos and the guy the checked us out actually refused to give me a kids apple juice and told me that I asked for a cup. I have NEVER ordered anything other than apple juice at Chipotle. The staff was stressed out due to being understaffed and their attitudes showed it. Save yourself the trouble!

This is the most poorly ran Chipotle I have ever been to. More than likely your order isnt correct. I ordered a steak quesadilla and the steak was put on the side and not in the quesadilla!!! Why would you serve that to someone because you forgot to add it!!!

Never ever ever ever ever been there lol! So I don't know why my phone is asking me about the place lol!

They were out of brown rice and steak. Sunday afternoon around 5 pm est. Every single table was dirty, trash was on the floor and trash bins were overflowing. There was only one almost empty sauce bottle available. I counted five people working that shift. Definitely the worst Chipotle I ever visited.

Showed up to the store and they had a sign posted on the door as mobile orders only. Nothing online to let you know about the inconvenience. Upon ordering a single bowl, I had to wait 45 min to receive it. There was 2 employee putting orders together and they were working at a snails pace. It’s worth the extra drive to literally any other location.

I have went there at least 6 times and they had peppers and onions once. Always out of food choices this place will soon be out of business.

Saw some lower ratings so I thought I would leave a positive review for this location. We came here yesterday evening and this was a great quick stop. The food was delicious, fresh, and warm, just what we needed during a long roadtrip. Our order was prepared quickly for pick-up. Staff was friendly and polite, we noticed the dining area was clean when we went inside. Thank you to the staff! :)

Since the new manager, Christine, has taken over this chipotle is SOOO much nicer. Much cleaner, a very pleasant atmosphere, very quick and on-top-of-it employees. We came in around 10pm and they weren’t out of anything and were even still making more food. Christine is amazing and this is my new go-to chipotle!
