Chipotle Mexican Grill

I got a rice bowl. The food was dry and old, most of the toppings were out and they didn't put extra of the rest of what they had in stock when I asked. Really disappointed with this location the location on reservoir does an amazing job.

Doesn't accept cash. When I dine in, the service is good, but they're never stocked on meat, somethings always out.

No utilities, even napkins for a burrito in a drive-through. I had a pick-up order, and it seems like people there don't bother to say hello

Literally got barely any meat in my bowl, so i asked for a little more. The lady doing the order asked if i wanted double, when i said no she proceeded to add ONE piece to the bowl with a rude demeanor. Said zero words to me after asking if i wanted double and pushed my bowl to the next lady. Didn’t know it was a crime to want more than 6 pieces of meat? She had brown ish hair, tattoos on wrists and lower arms.

Good food and good service, typical Chipotle. I only gave it 4 stars becusse we have had mixed experiences since it opened a few months ago. The last 2 times we have been, it is clean and the food was well stocked. BTW: Much better than the other one in Harrisonburg..

I to this location often, and the staff is usually so rude except for the girl at the register. I went in one day at 12 o’clock lunchtime and asked if they could make a quesadilla, and they said no, you can only order online. The same thing happened when I went in at 5 p.m.

No quesadillas in person like chill it’s not that deep

Beware ordering take out. I paid for steak and got a half scoop of carnitas instead. It seems like they cheap out on ingredients when you are not looking.

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. I was so excited when it opened because I work within walking distance; however, they are ALWAYS out of something. The first time they were out of black beans, and the next time I went to order online for my office and they were out of chicken, steak and carnitas all at the same time. The last time I was there they were out of cilantro which affects the whole taste of your meal. Today I went in to order and they were out of white rice. I have been pretty patient up to this point but today I walked out and did not order. I really wish someone would take some pride in this store and step up to lead it properly.

Ordered double chicken and only received 1 serving. Guacamole was not fresh. No forks included in the togo and none of the chips were fully cooked. Surprisingly better off going to the one closer to the university.

First time I've ever been to a Chipotle, also the last. The only shining star was the girl on register. The food prep was atrocious, how do you not have queso when its one of your primary up sells, all the self serve drink machines were out, the place is almost brand new and had that grimy 20 year old long john silvers feel.
