The staff here can barely understand you and the female manager is very rude! Also when I order food to go and spend $50+ dollars they want to charge for a couple sauces also the price seems to change for the sauces and the amount of sauce every time I go in even though its free and unlimited with buffet. I don’t think anyone is going to eat your cheese sticks without some type of sauce and you charge more for the sauce than you do the food when you order to go?! Do right by your to go customers cici’s?!

Looked online, hours said closing at 10 pm. Arrived at 8:42 and was told they close at 9, that there would be no pasta bar or fresh pizza. Extremely disappointed.

They turned me and my family away for the $2.99 promo. We signed up when it went live and even though they ended it and Cicis put out a statement on their site that they’d honor it til end of November if we were an early one that got it. When we went here today to redeem, they said, “no, the owner is not allowing any promos”. 👎👎 I know they can yall should read your own policies. They were just flat out rude and turned us away. Terrible service. Never coming back here.

I stopped in a hour before they closed there were around 20 guest and I did get my fill of pizza. It was $9.99 for the buffet and $1.99 for a drink. They were putting out fresh pizza's the whole time I was there. I did enjoy my meal. They only thing they did not do was wipe the dining room side of the buffet bar the whole time I was there and they did not bus any of the tables there were at least thirty tables with used plates, cups and food. They were plenty of employees they could of done it, all of which were behind the buffet counter just talking. I actually took several napkins cleaned up other customers spilled items from buffet counter myself.

Not eating there ever again. Service was sub par, pizza's gone downhill badly, the place is *clearly* understaffed, the staff they do have either can't or won't keep the place stocked. The booths have been for way too long and are clearly never coming back, and my entire family has been ill after eating there.

Below average experience. There were a lot of dirty tables that were piled high with dirty dishes. A ton of kids running around the dining room. The pizza had way too much sauce and not enough cheese. This is a stomping ground to catch an illness.
Good selection. No place to leave dirty plates (trash cans) so had to wait for worker to Come and clear off table which means for a party of 7, lots of plates

I read a review on here that said non eaters get charged, but thankfully this wasn't the case when I went in today. My son and his father were in the mood for pizza but unfortunately I have severe dairy and wheat allergies so pizza is not something I can consume.
My son enjoyed the macaroni and cheese pizza quite a bit, and I didn't hear any complaints about the quality of the other food. The restaurant was fairly busy when we went and pizzas were fresh.
I really wish this chain would introduce gluten free options because I would love to be able to eat something as well. They both left very full and happy.

One of the last cicis near me. I wish they'd open more bc I love cicis. Don't expect Italian pizza. It's like the taco bell of pizza. But the buffet still hates to see me coming. I'll still come eat cicis anytime lol.
