Don’t order DoorDash from this restaurant. Staying at hotel and they didn’t send a fork, spoon or knife with my pasta order. Called and complained and they never sent these utensils.

These is the worst food I've ever had. The dipping sauce for the calzone was just canned tomato soup they poured into a container. The sub was bland and came on some cheap store bought bread. It doesn't even smell like food. I'll see if the dog will eat it.... Update: the dog won't eat it.

They always get my order wrong tonight I called they lost my order I called at 7:30 didn’t get my order till a lil after 9 and my toppings slide off the pizza before it gets to me

Food took over hour to be delivered the cheese stakes were soggy with no flavor the fries were mushy. The pizza we ordered had all the toppings and cheese slid off the side. When I called them they said they sent a new pizza it never arrived. The delivery driver said he dropped it off it never showed up.

Restaurant was a bit sketchy looking and decor could use some upgrading. As far as the food, we had mixed reviews. The chicken in my chicken parm and sauce was delicious (however the spaghetti was a bit cold/cool). Garlic bread was excellent. My wife said the lasagna was just ok. Meatballs were not good (texture and taste was off). Pizza was good and they have great prices and deals on pies.
This is a legendary eating place in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Some of the best CheeseSteaks in Virginia!!!

Stopped here for a quiet dinner after reading local reviews. I had the chicken Marsala dinner and my dad had the chicken parm. Both dishes came with a salad and thick slices of homemade garlic bread. The service was excellent and the food came out hot! The restaurant was clean but dated and could use some TLC. Overall, a tasty meal and I’d come back to try another dinner.

I made an online order at 9:00AM, they opened up at 10:30. I didn’t get my food until 11:30. The lady said “we technically don’t open until 11 so you’re going to have to wait”It was cold and late. I am highly disappointed. Waited 2 hours just for some cold, dry food. And to top it off I didn’t get my drink. Never again. And the Philly chicken was dry and had nothing on it and the lady was very rude and didn’t want to fix the problem or give me a refund, I had to demand a refund because it was a TERRIBLE experience overall. Ciro’s is going downhill

Been a loyal customers no problem for years well last night the delivery driver was rude and asked for a tip thenwe both got steak and cheese deluxe sandwich was cold and soggy mine wasn't warm either the delivery guy said he had trouble with the address and kept asking for a small tip idk i was really irritated and said sure very awkward to ask bud I was gunna give you one anyway ,my fries were really cold and I asked for no mushrooms and there was some on there then we called and asked for a manager and got hung up on so and said he wasn't there best believe I paid fifty bucks imma call Monday and complain I've been coming here almost 12 years once sometimes twice a month and no trouble until now and if I had issues they always fixed my food if it was wrong or cold the second time I called I was hung up on again dam I wasn't asking for my money back I just wanted it made right I spend a lot of money here and that's the thanks I get it's really made me angry they would act like that after so many years and so much money spent there wtf I can't even get a hold of someone for them to make it right I called earlier today and this is the day after and got told to call Monday morning best believe I'll have the health department the news station and whoever I can up I'm there this whole experience has been so dam rude I spend fifty bucks there all the time I expect it to be the way I ordered it not cold ASF and have a driver come with some dam manners
