First time visit to Cookout. Pleasantly surprised, the burger was fresh and tasty. Good chili too. Service was quick and efficient. It's clean enough. I found the menu board quite "busy" and a little confusing, so many options. That said, the cashier was very helpful and delivered exactly what I wanted.
Harrisonburg cookout is always super fast! Sometimes the food is ready before I've had a chance to pull my card out at the window. Food is always fresh and great!

The food here is undoubtedly the best cookout food I've ever had. And for that it gets 5 stars. Some of the people who work here are weird and incompetent, but that's only a select few.
I ordered a tray today. The burger was small for sure and u needed a magnifying glass to find the toppings. The hush puppies were burnt and the few onion rings I got were undercooked. I asked for lite ice in my drink and got over half a cup on ice. Very poor overall

It truly a piece of junk food, I have never seen such low-quality food and shakes like this location
I ordered a double burger they gave me a normal, then when I went back they still gave me another normal burger with cajan fries I ordered the original and I found piece of a chicken in the order, not only that the shakes were ice cream
Also onion rings were oily
It is just unbelievable bad experience

Good food. Priced well. Nice selection of sides. Drink machine was out of order, and when we asked for refills....was looked at like we had two heads and really could have done without the eye roll.
