My wife’s med burger was raw I went for pancakes they were so cold the butter wouldn’t melt messed up when I didn’t take pictures now I always take pictures before I eat

Cracker Barrel got boycotted badly. They owned up to it, they apologized about it, they fixed it, and they even cracked a funny joke about it. Hey I respect that and I respect the sportsmanship when your whole business falls straight the tubes. Don't worry Cracker Barrel my boycott is over. I'll still give you my business! But I respect it if other people don't want to go. Apologize accepted Cracker Barrel

We were seated right away on a Sunday evening at dinnertime. Our server was on point and our food was brought out very quickly. We got the boneless homestyle chicken and meatloaf plus a breakfast combo everything was very delicious. The store was well stocked with new seasonal things as well.

I am a big Cracker Barrel fan and eat there all the time in my travels across the East coast. On this road trip, we were all tired and elected to order online for pickup...mistake! The predicted time for pickup was 6:55 pm after I placed the order at 6:34. I didn't not receive my food (after a number of laps around the old country store) until 7:25, and even then, I had to ask for ketchup because the app only allows a request of 1 ketchup packet. I did my best to check through a large order for a family of 4, but not all of the containers are see-through, so it isn't easy to see if everything is there. They forgot two things on the order, and by the time I got back to the hotel, which was only 400 yds away, the food was already lukewarm, at best, with some sides actually being cold. I have a lot of respect for Cracker Barrel and will continue to dine there, but take-out was a disaster and tainted my experience on this particular occasion.

Waitress did not get drink correct i asked for hot tea she brought me iced tea. Asked for bacon egg hash brown casserole she brought bacon and eggs. I said this is has brown casserole she said oh i guess i need a hearing aide for this table

If you are not into county dishes and favor, some breakfast meats and bread options are an acquired taste. No toast for breakfast.

I ordered the Southern Chicken. It came back as if it was left out for a few hours. Tough and not as crispy as advertised. The loaded baked potato was not as good either. Hope the next chef does a better job on the above items. The bloody Mary was watery as well not thick.

Pancakes were very good.Our service was Excellent!! All the chairs need to be cleaned in between the back rails.Other than that Recommend!

Been coming for a few years to cracker barrel on our way to north carolina. I had the campfire beef and my husband had the meatloaf chicken and dumplings and fried chicken. Everything was so tasty! I can't rave enough about it. And our server Angelina was very polite and brought everything out quickly. We always stop in the gift shop to get any new snoopys and scooby doos. The lady at the register was very polite as well. As always a great experience. Don't change a thing! Thank you. Customers for life
