They recently hired a new cook (I hear they call him Sky) The food was prepared exactly to our liking. It was much improved from the previous visit. Service was fine as well. Good goto place for home cooked meal.
Will keep going back!

Took forever to get our food and other customers that came in after we did got their food first. Waitress was very rude and no attentive to us. Very disappointed.

Chicken and dumplings were cold, tasteless, and poorly prepared. The waitress took the meal back and I ordered a cheeseburger. Better than the meal I really wanted. I was over charged for the cheeseburger and the cashier was rude and ready to go, end of her shift! I’m sure it was the worse meal I’ve had since going to a Cracker Barrel Restaurant.

We had 2 servers - one was a trainee. They provided the most spectacular service for our party of 6, checking on us frequently and promptly bringing us details like extra syrup and jellies. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will return soon!

Our waitress was not good at all! She took our order and we got our drinks, Iced tea and coffee. The we waited for our bread. Didn't get it. Our food came and I asked for vinegar and asked our the bread and she took two more tables orders. After we finished eating, she came and asked if I wanted more tea. I said to her no, I probably wouldn't get it, she'd ok I'll bring your bill! When she came with the bill she brought a cup of tea, a cup of coffee and brown bag with 2 pieces of bread. We talked to the manager and he said that usually she's a good waitress. We thought she was really rude!
