Had my 3 year old with me and ordered curbside due to him being asleep. I did arrive a few minutes early and quickly received an order complete update on my app. Waited in my car about 15 minutes but no delivery. Went into the store and there were no other customers- asked about my pickup order and the no one knew about it. They started to make it again when one worker opened a box setting out and there it was. Someone was asked and they just laughed and said yeah that’s it....
I’ve always had an amazing experience at crumbl! The cookies have always been great. One time a staff member swapped out one of my cookies because he didn’t like the topping placement. The attention to detail is beautiful. Honestly a great place to go, I always recommend it.
