The drive through service was rude and our order was forgotten. After waiting for our order we had to go inside to chase down the missing food and they told us to get in the drive through line again. Still waiting in the drive through line….

Ive been to this DQ several times, never very late until this fateful day I arrived at 9:20 (40 minutes before closing). As I was pulling into the parking lot I watched two employees look up and quickly lock the doors to the dining room. I was exhausted and wanted a sweet treat very badly and needed somewhere to sit down that wasn’t in my car. To say I was disappointed and upset is an understatement, if you are going to close the dining room at 9:20 or 9 or whatever that should be posted somewhere easy to be seen and known. That being said, I will still be getting a Blizzard from here in the future just before 9:20 apparently.

This dq has gone way down hill and honestly I hope it goes out of business.Management doesnt care, employees don’t care. They come in smelling like weed then go and make the food. All while having a piss poor attitude. Get new ownership and new management

Kid-friendliness: My son has autism and Ashlyn (I hope I spelled it right) was working in the front and she was so considerate. She asked me if vacuuming would be too loud for him, and if so that she could wait. No restaurant or fast food place has ever asked me this and offered to accommodate my son like this DQ has, this place is so awesome and she needs a raise!
