Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Go thru the drive thru and order a ham and egg biscuit. Pay 4.60. Wait for a little. Get home and open the biscuit and I only have ham. How do you mess up a 2 item biscuit? Needless to say. I had to make my own egg for my biscuit. Now I know why I rarely gO to this DQ.

Had the sweetest cashier who was in the midst of his first day of work. That manager, training him, was without a doubt the most patient,kindest girl I've seen in a very long time.very refreshing to see kindness

I went through the drive-through and the boy at the window Jonathan S was very rude and made a derogatory comment about how much food we ordered after spending around $70 I was very offended. He should not have made that kind of remark. We are paying customers. It’s unacceptable. And then when they brought our food to us, they did not double the drink holder, and it spilled all inside of our vehicle as they were handing it to us very displeased with my experience at this, Dairy Queen will not be back

Absolutely disappointing.. these are 2 separate times I’ve gone in the last month or so to Dairy Queen for a dipped cone and the photos below are what I received. Absolute messes… the cones not fully dipped and the ice cream is just all over the place and made a huge mess!! What happened to DQ’s signature look? Like what’s advertised online?

I went to DQ for my lunch, (I work at foodlion, where I only get 30 minutes of lunch). I believe it was short staffed because they took forever to take our orders, which to a point I totally understand. I work at a retail store so I understand. I kept my cool was very patient, but I started noticing the people who orders after me were getting their food first. Which really irritated me, but I thought that they might have been frying more chicken tenders and thats why they got it first. Well it was 2 minutes before I had to go back to work and I still did not get my food!! I was pretty upset and got in line again to ask for a refund. Thats when I notice that they were so unorganized and inconsiderate! All of the orders that were coming in were not in order, They would put the tickets in different places. So thats why the people who came after would get their order first that the people who were there before! It is pretty upsetting because this is the second time that this has happened to me. On top of that, I had to wait in extra 7 minutes in order to get my refund to which I was late to going back to work. My food was already ready and I should have just gotten more than a refunded! They just really need to be more friendly, considerate, and more organized. Making sure that the people that got there first, gets their order first!!!! I pretty upset, I had nothing for lunch on a 10 hr shift!

Dumbest restaurant in the country. Since when do you have to be open to see a menu. Every restaurant I looked at tonight has their menu except you. How damn stupid are you!?

The young man who took our order also offered us (senior citizens) a discount, delivered our lunch. He is polite, gracious and will be a leader some day.

Awesome DQ store. The best in Harrisonburg imo. Fast service. Food quality is 10/10. The staff could be a tad bit more friendly or welcoming. When I say hello, I would expect a hello back, which hasn't happened the last handful of time I've been. I wish there was a pecan flavor.

Don’t go to another Dairy Queen in Harrisonburg! This is the best store in town! fast service. Great quality. Nice staff. The cake confetti dipped cone is the best ice cream cone I’ve ever had in my life! Please bring it back again!

I love coming to this restaurant because their food is delicious and their desserts and ice cream are extremely good. And it is very affordable compared to other fast food locations. Sometimes the cold temperatures can be a little bit disappointing though.

I just came back from the Dairy Queen in Carlton street and I found not only 1 but 2!! Flys in my blizzard. Wasted my money and time. I don’t have flys in my house I have a new born and that is the last thing we want in our house this is disgusting
