Called to order take out. They said they had a function going on at the restaurant and they were busy, so it might take about 35 minutes. No problem, I went there to pick up my food about 35 minutes later. No one was sitting inside the restaurant, there were about 30 people seated outside. A woman was sitting beside the front counter apparently waiting for her food. I went up to pick up my order and they said it'd be about 10 minutes. Not a big deal, another 10 minutes, whatever. 45 minutes later the woman waiting with me had still not gotten the sandwich she ordered. She asked about it and got an apologetic but ultimately worthless response. Only after one staff member asked another staff member about our orders did my food come out. They couldn't handle having 30 patrons in their restaurant, I can't imagine how terrible it would be if the place was actually busy. The food was fine, though my pasta was only warm, not hot. The chips were pretty bad.

My worst dining experience ever. My Husband I came in and the service was horrible. We got seated and the server took 20 minutes to greet us, after waiting another 20-30 minutes for her to bring us our drinks, we had to leave because they weren't even busy. And we hadn't placed our order yet.

Great! The views from outside on the patio are amazing! The food was wonderful and they served generous portions. Good vegetarian options and a great place to grab wings, pizza and your favorite Greek dish. They offer a good selection of craft beer. The service was awesome and although we were there on a slow night, I imagine the place is super busy on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We will be back!
The worst meal I've ever had, do not waste your time or money coming here. The food was absolutely disgusting, the salad and vegetable weren't even chopped or fresh. The seasonings were disgusting. Not to mention the decor of the restaurant is messy and outdated.

I would give less than 1 star if I could. By far the worst service and food I've ever had from a "restaurant". We didn't see a server for 30 minutes for even drinks. Once we did have a server(Morgan) she was super sweet and accommodating and did the best she could. We waited 2 1/2 hours for our food before we decided that it just wasn't worth it. We went to inform our server that we just couldn't wait any longer and she tells us our food just came out. So we said okay and got our food in to go boxes and went out to the car to eat. When I say the absolute worst food I've ever had from an establishment I mean it. The Linguine Alfredo was soooo bland and my friends salmon was dry, her broccoli wasn't cooked properly and they didn't even give butter or anything for her baked potato. We eventually decided that we just couldn't eat our orders. We went back in and ended up giving the food back and getting a refund. Still tipped Morgan though because of all the trouble she had to go through and she truly did give great service! I'll be damned if I ever go back. Side note: It was finals and graduation week so they were very busy BUT I've seen reviews from weeks and even months ago having gone through the same issues.

Had a amazing time at the Drag show. I will go back. But if I am being totally honest I got these $3 mixed drinks which at the time was very delicious but got my sister very sick right after (she has a weak stomach) she had to lay down in the back of the car and had her friend drive, and that night I woke up sick as well. Put a damper on my vacation. I'm not sure what happened but will prob stick to maybe soda or a beer. Everyone was so nice and friendly so I don't hold any bad feelings. It's not like it was on purpose so at the end of the day I will go back

Dave's has some of the BEST food in Harrisonburg, but there are many issues. Their website says their hours, but when you call for delivery, they say, "We're not delivering right now." Me: "Oh, why?" Them: "Because the kitchen's slow." Well, I love their food, and this really bummed me out. Maybe the kitchen is slow because you're not doing delivery. It's Monday night (of course the kitchen is slow), I just got off a double shift, and really wanted some Dave's. If someone's answering the phone, someone is working. Take your delivery hours off the website if you're not delivering. There has been no consistency in service since around 2012 or so. Real sad. Great food, bad service.
