George is the G.O.A.T.! He is very customer-oriented and kind. Thank you for going above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience after the JMU football game on a busy Friday night!

They were arguing with me over the phone about the mix match coupon I've used to order for years. And I usually order online. But I called in and I was told I had to order 2 pizzas to get the deal. And I was like I've used this for years and I can get pasta, dessert, salad, or bread sticks. Just trying to order what usually order my normal order and I'm told I can't. And I just looked and they aren't even busy.

I had a problem with a order I made. And the staff went above and beyond to fix the order. So I recommend this place at Burgess Road in Harrisonburg Va because it is a well, ran place for all your needs.

So my pizza was stuck to the box Friday but due to vacation I couldent get it remade until today the female manager deserves a raise very polite and helpful and respectful however the delivery driver should never ask for a tip I was gunna give him a cash tip until he had the nerve to ask if he could add a four dollar tip to the card he was very slow getting out the car and once I felt disrespected I declined he kinda shoved the pizza off on me into my hands maybe he shouldn't twiddle his pony tail in the car for five minutes and worry about respecting the customer I was gunna give him cash he came across very rude and out of breath he dident even give me time to open it and check it I will call in and complain about his respect and if they don't believe me this time I'll show them the ring camera hire better delivery drivers

I ordered a gluten-free crust pizza with toppings not made with gluten from Burgess Rd Domino’s via their app around 4 PM for later delivery. It arrived right on time at 6:15 PM, and the moment I opened the box, I knew something was wrong. The crust was fluffy instead of flat—nothing like their usual gluten-free crust.
Concerned, I called the store to ask if they had changed their gluten-free crust recipe, as I hadn’t ordered in a while. I was told there had been no changes for over a year—which means my suspicion was correct: They had given me a regular pizza crust instead of gluten-free.
To their credit, they offered to fix it, but delivery times were over an hour, so my husband had to drive to the store to pick up my replacement pizza. While frustrating, that’s not the biggest issue here.
The Real Problem: A Serious Safety Risk
If I hadn’t known better, I could have eaten two pieces of a gluten-filled pizza—despite specifically ordering gluten-free. As someone with celiac disease, this is more than an inconvenience; it’s a serious health risk.
For those unfamiliar, excessive gluten exposure for celiacs can cause:
• Severe stomach pain, nausea, and vomiting
• Long-term intestinal damage leading to malabsorption of nutrients
• Increased risk of autoimmune disorders and even certain cancers
And for me: risk of hospitalization.
This wasn’t a case of cross-contamination (which is always a risk when eating out). This was blatant negligence. My order clearly stated gluten-free (both online and on the receipt). Somewhere along the way, multiple employees handled this order:
• Someone made a regular pizza instead of gluten-free.
• Someone boxed it with all my other correctly made items.
• Someone saw “gluten-free” on the ticket and still sent it out for delivery.
At every step, someone had an opportunity to fix this mistake, but they didn’t care enough to do so. That’s terrifying for anyone with food allergies or medical conditions that require strict dietary restrictions.
Mistakes happen, but when dealing with food allergies and medical conditions, mistakes can make people seriously ill. I understand that my celiac disease is my responsibility, but when I pay extra for a gluten-free crust, I expect to receive what I ordered—especially when my receipt confirms it.
I won’t be ordering from this location again. If you have celiac disease, gluten intolerance, or any food allergy, be extra cautious before eating anything from this store.

Rude delivery driver, burned my pastas, wouldn’t let me check the food before taking it. Portions were definitely smaller than they were supposed to be. I recommend just about anywhere else to spend your money, or don’t do delivery, they always do worst with delivery, and their drivers are money hungry and rude. That’s why I rarely order from them unless is someone else’s idea.
