Been ordering from here for 4 years….having to to call in, everyone has been so kind with my special request and dietary needs.
Tonight has been horrible. Gentlemen on the the was absolutely awful. I had explained to him that I had been trying to call in since I put in my order and I got nothing but rude responses. He spoke to me like it was my fault, even tho I fallowed the previous suggestion given to me from the staff. Delivery guy was completely understanding. Called back to speak to manager because my order wasn’t right, ended up speaking to the same gentleman only to be talked down to and disrespected
I work in management at a local Hotel and I have been referring our guests to your location… that won’t be happening any longer

Uber eats doesnt call or show on the app and doesnt wait. It just leaves if you’re not waiting outside, although you can’t know when it will arrive

If you order pickup at this location theres no option to tip on card if you pay in store. But at the other location you can because its newer? Kind of pathetic yall cant get them an updated pos. Stunning display of corporate laziness.
