went here after work, i got off at like 7:30 and i just wanted an apple fritter but when i stopped by the drive thru there was an ai voice saying they were closed even though they dont even close until 8:00.... i understand as a previous barista/food service worker wanting to start closing tasks early and stuff but closing 10-15 minutes before youre officially closed is unprofessional đ at least have an actual person be at the speaker

Great coffee but overpriced. Staff is mostly incompetent and not very professional. Went through the drive through and ordered a large coffee with cream and Splenda. What I got at the pickup window was an iced coffee. Then they get defensive when you tell them that's not what you ordered. Just don't get it.

Extremely disappointed every time I come to this Dunkin. The wake up wraps were dripping in grease and the employee who made them threw them directly onto the dirty pickup table without putting them in a bag. I literally watched the wraps touch dirt and grime. I already feel slightly sick after eating one wrap and had to throw away the other. The employees do not seem to care about anything.

Every time I come here there is always a issue they always are forgetting something with the order or not making things correctly. I order a bagel non toasted and got a almost burnt bagel it was to hard to bite into and I also order munchkins and they where not in the bag and I was to far to turn around when I realized. Find another dunkin in the area.

Can't say that I had a good experience considering I got to Dunkin three or more times a day different ones went here first time and got a large strawberry dragon fruit four liquid sugar a very little bit of green tea less ice she gave it to me with a lot of green tea I again ask her is she can put more dragon fruit in there less green tea she produces to sit there and tell a coworker how I wanted less green tea I visit a lot of dunkins different states and sometimes I have a problem sometimes I don't but to be disrespected by someone that doesn't know me when when I was ordering was very clear about how I wanted my drink made don't think I will be back

Every single time I go to this Dunkinâ they always mess something up, either ruin the coffee or burn the food. this time i ordered a $6 meal deal and when they asked what bread i want i said a muffin she said âso no breadâ and i once again said i would like a english muffin and this is what I get, why does no one in this entire building have any more than 6 brain cells
