On multiple occasions I have waited for 20+ mins for an in store order and they just let them stack up while they handle the drive thru. Employees had hoodies over their heads and did not work efficiently and in order. I saw my drink wait 1/2 finished for 10 mins while other drinks went out to the drive thru that were ordered after mine. It's irritating when I am on a time crunch!

Wondering if it’s typical practice to jog and lock the doors at 7:52 when you see a customer walking toward to door.. in the rain. Yes, she made eye contact and locked the door almost in our faces. Incredibly rude. We weren’t going to stay - just wanted coffee. Starbucks closes at 9 .. so that’s where we are heading.

Wow… Dunkin’ really let me down today 😡 I ordered avocado toast and hash browns — the avocado was SOUR and spoiled, and the hash browns were soggy like they’d been stepped on. Absolutely disgusting, especially for breakfast time!
I went back and showed them, and at first they told me “we don’t do refunds.” Excuse me?! If you’re serving this, you eat it then! Only after that did they finally refund me.
It’s not about the $8 — it’s about serving fresh food and respecting customers. Management seriously needs to wake up, pay attention to quality, and actually learn how to apologize and make things right.

I ordered a toasted plain bagel with creamed cheese and an avocado toast with bacon (paid an extra DOLLAR for bacon.) When I got home, I opened the bag to see a bacon egg and cheese bagel and no bacon on the avocado toast. I would’ve rated 1 star but the bagel was yummy. However, this is not what I ordered and paid for. Even the receipt has my original order on it.

Coffee and staff were fast and amazing. I believe the man who helped me was the manager and he was very patient and kind with me, while he helped me figure out the app even while they were very busy. Definitely recommend this location!

I personally don’t recommend this place because how much they were racist to us and we were here with a big family. We ordered egg and cheese croissant for 8 people and the croissant was burned and when we asked nicely why did you burned the croissant’s. He said that’s the way it’s supposed to be but it’s not because we have black hair he was acting racist to us. Date 07/12/25 at 11:30 clock. The manager of the place please take a step into this.
ordered sabrina strawberry dream drink . it was fabulous however, the drive thru cashier was horrible. Very unhappy rude person. won't be visiting here again

Dunkin is the sort of place I go to when I'm on a road trip, it's late at night, and no local coffee shops are open. It's way too expensive for being milk sugar water with a dash of coffee, but it is there for you when you need a caffeine hit. This one the servers are always friendly

Sometimes pup cups are free, other times they aren’t. They seriously want to charge $3 for a cup of whip cream? Other places have their pup cups for free. Seems stupid that we can’t get a pup cup for free even when buying other things.

As we were ordering our food, my boyfriend got cut off many times. then before we were ready to pull to the window, the girl doesn’t even say “anything else.” instead she says to pull up to the window, before we even finished!! The girl with a hat on and a hoodie was very rude and kept cutting us off. then we get our food and my boyfriend’s sandwich is burnt black. The bagel was very hard as well.
