One black coffee order. I waited ten minutes. No one else inside. Then a line queued up behind me, and she took their orders and started making their sandwiches before just giving me my coffee. She has zero common sense.
Two people manning a single drive through window and both ignoring the front counter.
The speed of which things are run here is equivalent to snails swimming in molasses. Don’t come. It’s outrageously slow.
No apologies, dreadful service.

Girl with the pink hair is extremely rude. I was waiting at the register for 10+ minutes. I could tell they were busy and was understanding so I waited. When the girl with the blue hair came over I tried getting her attention, I just said excuse me. I was ignored twice. I walked over to the other side and asked the girl with the pink hair if someone was available to take my order. The response I got was “we’re kinda busy so someone isn’t just going to stand over there.” The response was unnecessary and hostile. I get you’re busy, but you haven’t even acknowledged me for the 10 minutes I’ve been standing here. Then the girl with the pink hair had the audacity to call me rude. Absolutely disgusting the way this girl acted.

There is one girl in particular that works here I believe her name is Kayla? I could be wrong, she has the pink hair. I have never once gotten rude or an attitude with her but I am constantly met with a disgusting attitude from her. This morning I put in a pick up order using my company card so I needed the receipt. I ask this girl if I could have a copy she then proceeded to state “I don’t even know where it is” while showing me a pile of receipts thrown on the counter and immediately walked away. Another girl approached short blonde hair she was very nice and asked what I needed and I told her I really needed my receipt she looked through the pile and found it for me thankfully.

This Dunkin is so rude it blew my mind. I was rushed through giving my order, then at the window was told I was not allowed to look inside my bag in the drive thru because “it’s all there” and when I said I needed to make sure, I was told to get moving. Customer service nonexistent. Never going back.
