The little girls who work at this location always have a HORRIBLE attitude and they speak to you like you’re stupid. One star because at least the coffee was correct.

This Dunkin is so rude it blew my mind. I was rushed through giving my order, then at the window was told I was not allowed to look inside my bag in the drive thru because “it’s all there” and when I said I needed to make sure, I was told to get moving. Customer service nonexistent. Never going back.

Mediocre microwaved (?) food, bad drinks.
Last time I went there I stoof around for almost 20 minutes waiting to put in an order and left without talking to any of the four employees who all made eye contact with me.

This place is awful. Horrible service, mean, incompetent and nasty employees. The manager should be fired. In the drive-thru they actually filled the coffee up to the very brim and then put the lid on incorrectly. Needless to say, hot coffee all over the place and when I went to complain the manager was mean and defensive, she knew that she messed up and instead of saying sorry ignored the customer, started screaming. What a joke of a place. Go to McD's for coffee, just as good and less expensive

My friend and I went through the drive through and waited about 5 minutes until someone finally took our order. The young lady, Zahra had a VERY disgusting attitude for absolutely no reason at all. It seemed she was mad we wanted sugar in our coffee… She needs a nap or something, her attitude is absolutely nasty and gross.

This is consistently the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to
In over 30 years of being a customer. All the workers have horrible attitudes and would rather stand there on their phones then help customers or fulfill orders. It is also always dirty and I have witnessed the workers not using safe food prep practices. But the rotten attitudes are the absolute worst here.

This Dunkin is the WORST! It is the Dunkin that is on the way to work. The lady that used to be the manager knew the people and was quick and friendly. The zombie girls that are in there now are slow, unfriendly and rude. I ordered on line to pickup at the drive thru again this morning got there early enough even with their speed, but NO sat at the speaker for three minutes before I was like hello, another minute then finally. Told them it was online order drove through came around and waited for another 5 minutes!!! Then I just got my coffee and was still waiting for the bagel and nothing! I had to drive off without it because I had to get to work! I said hello and they would not even acknowledge me at all. this is not the first time! Dunkin has always been my favorite coffee but I will be making my own once it get moved just sucks that I have everything packed write now!!!!

I’ve been a routine customer to this location for a long time. I have seen a general decline in their customer service and products over the past few years. More inconsistent with drinks, which makes going somewhere else a few miles more to get a coffee more appealing. Most often when I ask them to remake a drink they will correct it, but getting their attention inside is difficult. 7:30PM to close you can guarantee the automatic ‘sorry we are closed’ comes on the drive through speaker. I’ve questioned staff on this, as they are still visible in the building and get told ‘we don’t make drinks after a certain time’. This to me is very conflicting with their posted close time, especially those not local to the area.
