This Duncan is next to multiple hotels and they ran out of all the good donuts by 10am on a Friday. I wonder how much business they lose by not being prepared to sell more donuts for a place that is open all day not just in the morning. Needs better management.

While traveling on Interstate 81 yesterday, we stopped for a quick coffee and donuts. Two hours after we each ate a cream filled Boston cream donut we were both violently ill! Vomiting, headache and still trying to drive to Roanoke!! This place needs to check that food safety regulations are being followed to the letter..it appeared to be a new location and building!!! Beware!!!

Worst Duncan doughnut place ever ordered online got nothing we ordered got charged full price of our order for just what she wanted to put in the box said if we want what we ordered we had to get there early I'm sorry if you run a doughnut shop you need to nake doughnuts all day and if you don't have them let your customers know we got day old doughnuts and if you don't have what people want close earlier will not visit again sorry for the action I have discussed but there are to many better for doughnuts that are fresh all day

Worst service ever!!!! Waited 10 minutes just to order and was never spoken to well waiting. Then placed my order to wait another 20 minutes for 2 drinks. Then they gave me a hot coffee when I ordered iced Then insisted I ordered a hot coffee!!!!! Never in my life had such horrible service before. Go to the one over on port republic much better service and super amazing people who are super friendly and remember who you are when you go to dunkin at least twice a day.
SLOW. Slow. It took 20 minutes to get thru the drive thru. I paid, and it took another 5 minutes to bring a basic breakfast sandwich and coffee out. Avoid.

I bought a box of Joe I came to work, and by the time I went back into the break room. It was all melted, broken or spilling everywhere and the manager did not give me a refund or even a credit very bad service, and he she, or he would not even speak to me horrible, horrible service.

Charged me twice for an order I only placed once.Had an egg and cheese on an English muffin and it was undercooked. Plus took forever and i was the only customer. Never again!

Horrible. The couple in front of us in line waited 10 minutes before giving up. The two workers ignored us for 7 minutes before we gave up and left. On a brighter not, they had about 5 donuts, which would have simplified the decision process had I made one.
