Yesterday 11/02/2024 I ordered a birthday cake for my son, pick up today at 3pm 11/03/2024 for the celebration. The cake was supposed to have 3 leches (a famous hispanic recipe), and they charged me almost $50 bucks. What a disgusting surprise to find out. The cake was burned in the bottom and not a 3 leche at all. I called back to the paisano, and they said, they could do nothing if the cake was already eaten 😐 like, what I can do if you have a bunch of children around you screaming for cake?. I'm really disappointed,

Hello, a constructive talk so that you pay more attention. Yesterday I went for bread and about three loaves of the ones I chose came out raw. Of course that's why I'm not going to stop consuming but check that out.
Excellent bread ?

I visited for first time and was asking questions about the prices for the pastries the lady was extremely rude to me. Then a Hispanic customer had come in an she was nice to them. So if your white like I am. Then you will probably get rude service. I won't he going back again.
Bought a large cake there for a birthday. First time purchasing from them. The cake was beautiful and delicious.

The key is to make sure you come during the weekend when they have special deserts and snacks. Your belly will thank you for it.

It's bad that as a Hispanic you sometimes have to leave bad comments in our own places, but they really earn it. I have called several times asking for bread of the dead as there is never any and this time supposedly there was, I arrive at the place and I don't see anything, I ask and they tell me that there isn't any, then according to the orders I tell them if they can sell it to me but they didn't have sugar and This is where I say that it cannot be possible that not even out of courtesy they tell you (how many are you going to want right now, I'll add sugar) no! That's how they sold them to me as if it took them hours to make ? one less customer ?
Delicious bread and good service
Of everything they sell, there is never anything, I don't know if they only sell what is necessary or very few customers arrive and that is why they have little product.
