Although the food at Finnigan's Cove warrants above 2 stars, I gave it 2 stars because of one REALLY bad problem - cigarette smoke. I can't recall ever being in a restaurant where the smell of cigarettes, EVEN WHEN EMPTY, so overpowered the entire restaurant, that you kind of choke a bit when entering, and subsequently suffocate while waiting for your food. It's really that bad and something needs to be done about it!

Took our daughter out for her birthday. The food was great, atmosphere good and service fantastic! I was completely satisfied. Shout out to Brandon our server he was diligent, and did a great job! We look forward to coming back and trying other menu items.

Crab legs were cold and overly seasoned with ole bay..oyster breading was so salty it literally burned the inside of my..when it was brought to the servers attention the response was sorry do you want me to put it back in the steamer..atmosphere was so smoky from cigarettes, even in the non smoking section, it was still overwhelming..1st and last time there..Not what you'd want your New Years Eve meal to be like

This place has always been great to us. Food is fantastic, servers have been nice. Should have a much higher rating. They do allow smoking, but as long as no one at my immediate table smokes while I'm eating, I haven't had an issue with that either, and there is a non-smoking area that I've never seen fit to use.Parking: Free parking garage across the street.
I walked in with a water and they kicked me out. There were no signs on the door to specify no outside drinks. I was not allowed to re-enter, even though all my friends went there.

I tried to order some shrimp and they told me my card wouldn't run but the next day they processed it anyway and put my account $7 in the hole not good

I had the best experience. My sandwich was great, and I wanted to hangout in a bar exactly like this. This is perfect for anyone that wants to eat, and drink be there for hours. Can't wait to come back!
They allow smoking inside, so be prepared to leave here smelling like an ashtray. The atmosphere isn't very family friendly, more of a bar type. I've never tried the seafood because I would think deep-fried pub food would be the safer choice here. Their pickle fries were the only thing that I enjoyed. I would only recommend coming here to get drunk and eat pickle fries.

a horrible place. they dismiss people from their bar who are totally coherent. They took my drink and poured it out after I had paid for it. One of the workers put their hands on me as I was trying to leave. Absolutely unprofessional and irresponsible as employees. Don't go here, absolutely terrible customer service and incredibly disrespectful. Also, i'd like to say that they do not care if you are gender neutral or non binary. They make fun of people who do not identify as their sex they are born with. if you have any self respect, please do not go here.

Im appalled this establishment is still open for business. I was literally afraid to order food due to unsanitary , filthy conditions seen as we passed the kitchen….even rodents would probably avoid…. disgusting and the smell was horrific.
