Hamburgers were absolutely delicious. First time ever have I had Five Guys French fries that lacked flavor. I am hoping it was just a fluke. For $34 for two burgers, one order of fries and one soda I don't like tossing away my fries.

I don’t know the gentleman’s name, but I called in after placing a DoorDash order just to have them add some vinegar and the gentleman on the phone was more than happy to add it in for me as there wasn’t an option on the app.
Not a huge deal at all, but it’s the little attention to detail that really make a great restaurant location.
Came to pick up a Door Dash order less than 15 minutes ago and your staff informed us that the order had been stolen. Your staff also refused to remake the order and the pay for us to deliver that order was a high paying order. Your staff caused us money. Not only that, but we couldn't get a hold of customer service and so we didn't even see a fraction of that orders pay. With us having to decline the pick up, due to something that WASN'T our fault, our rating went down 1%.. That could have costed us our Dash Anytime option. So my question is, WHY do WE get the punishment when it wasn't our fault? We're sleeping in our car currently and I'll tell you, every dollar we make, we NEED. If they knew it was stolen beforehand, then they knew it wasn't our fault. Yet, we get the crap end of the stick as driver's. I may have to pick orders up for Door Dash still but I will never order food from a selfish business. Tighten up. Seriously.
