I don’t know the gentleman’s name, but I called in after placing a DoorDash order just to have them add some vinegar and the gentleman on the phone was more than happy to add it in for me as there wasn’t an option on the app.
Not a huge deal at all, but it’s the little attention to detail that really make a great restaurant location.

Came to pick up a Door Dash order less than 15 minutes ago and your staff informed us that the order had been stolen. Your staff also refused to remake the order and the pay for us to deliver that order was a high paying order. Your staff caused us money. Not only that, but we couldn't get a hold of customer service and so we didn't even see a fraction of that orders pay. With us having to decline the pick up, due to something that WASN'T our fault, our rating went down 1%.. That could have costed us our Dash Anytime option. So my question is, WHY do WE get the punishment when it wasn't our fault? We're sleeping in our car currently and I'll tell you, every dollar we make, we NEED. If they knew it was stolen beforehand, then they knew it wasn't our fault. Yet, we get the crap end of the stick as driver's. I may have to pick orders up for Door Dash still but I will never order food from a selfish business. Tighten up. Seriously.

Absolutely the best veggie sandwich we had at Five Guys. Perfect balance of texture and taste. Try it with Jalapeno. I would highly recommend
The food and atmosphere are nice. Great service. However, over 30 bucks for 2 hamburger meals is just way too expensive. I just can't believe we are charged DC prices in Harrisonburg. Whether this is a corporate store or franchise, yall need to lower prices. Jesse's was in the community for years and had a hamburger meal for a great price. Why can't other places do the same. The 2 rating is for the price. Google should add this a stamd alone rating like service or food.
Parking: This location can be hard to get into. Your best bet is to approach through the mall parking lot.

My way back from North Carolina, we stop to a this place , my daughter order a double burger, medium fries and I did order a beet hot Dog with relish and caramelized onions ( gross looking )

The cleanest and best Five Guys I've been to all up and down the east coast. Polite and accurate order taking, perfectly cooked and portioned (except the fries, which is on purpose I think), and fast. General manager is on top of it!
