The customer service here is excellent. I always get the exact same thing. They're always very timely and friendly. I get 2 pork egg rolls, friend wonton noodles, and chicken and broccoli with white rice. The sauce is great! I've tried 5 or 6 different restaurants to find the chicken and broccoli that I like. The food is always hot and fresh. The only thing I've ever had not fresh is every once in a while, the fried wonton noodles won't be as fresh as normal; however I understand those are likely made in batches, which is the most cost effective way to make those. I go there usually 5 or 6 times a month if not more, so they're definitely my favorite!

Though I was put off by how the outside looked, It was actually very very good. I'm very impressed with how hot the food was and the flavor aswell! I read some nasty reviews saying the staff was unkind, But they were very friendly to me. I got my order hot and on-time. the food was genuinely worth the money, Though portions are a bit small even for thier smalls, I think it was money well spent. And yes I will be back again!

Terrible delivery experience. Tried to order through Grubhub, but was delivered through the company itself instead. Made us walk over half a mile to get the food from the side of a busy road instead of meeting us at the delivery point we set, in a parking lot. Order was wrong too, ordered sweet and sour chicken and received general tso’s. Overall super frustrating experience

Recently ordered here while on a trip to Massanutten, the online order process was super easy and the deal they were running was amazing! We got the Family deal number 1 which was two entrees, two sides, egg rolls and donuts for dessert! We got beef with mixed vegetables and sesame chicken, fried rice and noodles. The beef and chicken tasted amazing! Also the amount of food you get for 37 dollars is crazy! It's meant to feed four and it easily filled us up! I would definitely recommend if you want some good priced and even better tasting Chinese food!

Ordered chicken and broccoli with the chicken being overcooked but the broccoli perfectly prepared. The egg drop soup was an interesting orange color and tasted burnt. Not what is expected for this soup but edible.

Absolutely horrible customer service, my roommate and I ordered two separate orders from there. She ordered hers from DoorDash and DoorDash brought her the wrong order. The great wok delivery driver was supposed to bring my order but ended up bringing hers by coincidence. My roommate ended up getting her food but I did not get my order. I called them and the owner was extremely rude and accused my roommate of stealing my food when my food never arrived to my place. This could have been solved easily if he just said they would send another order over but now I did not get my food nor a refund.

Ordered from here in the past without issue. However, this evening my roommate and I ordered from them and the customer service was disastrous. They mixed up our orders, and my roommate never received her food. When confronted about the missing food, the staff accused us of stealing and refused to deliver the missing food. We were really disappointed and felt disrespected and will not be returning.
